My elderly dad is a patient. Dr. Pascal is very patient, answers all my questions and takes time to explain our next steps. My dad ad two cataract surgeries and all went well. My dad loves Dr. Pascal.

My dad sees Dr. Pascal and he loves him. Dr. Pascal is patient withe explaining the issues and next steps for my dad. My dad has cataract surgery and all went well. Dr. Pascal is am excellent ophthalmologist. He is patient very knowledgeable, answers all my questions, explains what we should do next and he has bed side manners too.

I recently had a initial consultation with Dr.Pascal and was extremely disappointed . He lacked customer service skills , and was extremely short with me and showed very little interest in what I was saying. It was almost like he was reading from a script throughout the whole visit, and once he finished reading from "his script" , he made it very clear that he was finished with our meeting, I took the hint and exit the room immediately. I really wanted to enjoy my visit in hopes that I would find a new opthalmologist, but Dr. Pascal unfortunately will not be seeing me again and I would not recommend him. I need a doctor who is attentive and welcoming, which Dr Pascal was not.

I would not recommend Dr. Pascal to anyone. His attitude and bedside manner is non existent. He is not very professional.
