Alok Aggarwal's Online Review Report Card

Hi, I am leaving this review because Dr. Alok Aggarwal literally saved my life! I was having serious belly pain on my left side belly area. I was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, and that's where I met Dr. Aggarwal! It turned out that I had an intussusception with a large mass; it was a big surgery. I had to do seven procedures!! Dr. Aggarwal was the man behind it all. After reading my notes and everything that was done, I owe my life to him. He made sure that I stayed alive and did everything in his power to make sure I lived to see another day!!! I am beyond grateful and thankful for him. His quick acting and blessed hands saved me. I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL AND FOREVER THANKFUL TO HIM!!! He really outdid himself! After the procedures; the follow ups were great. He made sure that I had what I needed for recovery. He also answered every question that I had and make sure that I was comfortable. DR. ALOK AGGARWAL, I THANK YOU FOR MY SECOND LIFE AROUND THE SUN!!!

Not good at all. He did not remember doing my surgery and basically didn't want to finish my case he started. Told receptionist to schedule me with orthopedic and as of today, three weeks it's been and I still haven't heard anything! Very disappointed!

Dr.Alok Aggarwal, MD is a caring and compassionate man who is knowable and broke down my mother’s medical situation into knowable terms. He is also very patient in explaining the medical procedure. My mother and I felt comfortable and trusted Dr. Alok. Dr. Alok’s surgical team was respectable and reassuring on surgery day. My biggest fear was that my mother will not awaken from anesthesia because of her age and the anesthesiologist allayed me fears on that morning. The whole surgical team introduced themselves to me and my mother; I was truly impressed with their professionalism. Even though the surgery took long I felt reassured and calm. The procedure went well, giving more time on this earth to a joyful soul. Dr. Alok seems to genuinely like people. Hire more doctors with his qualities. And he could use a larger office. PS. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer in late March of this year (2020). We were referred to Dr. Aggarwal by our Oncologist who spoke very highly about him. On our first consultation visit to Dr. Aggarwal office, we were greeted with the brightest smile and a warm welcome. Dr. Aggarwal was prepared for our visit and had received my husbands records from the Oncologist prior to our visit. He took his time in explaining our options and prepared us for the surgery he would be performing. Dr. Aggarwal is very professional and passionate towards his patients, he explains in a way that there is no room for errors or miscommunications. Fast forward to August 13, 2020, Dr. Aggarwal and his team at Brookdale Hospital performed a 6.5 hours SUCCESSFUL surgery on my husband to remove the cancer in his colon and liver. We have seen him twice post surgery and he has been so helpful about moving forward after surgery. Dr. Aggarwal was our miracle from God and we THANK him immensely.
