Anjula Gandhi's Online Review Report Card

I just found out Dr. Gandhi has left Brookdale Hospital, does anyone know where else she's practicing?

I absolutely love my Dr. Gandhi. I am naturally apprehensive of certain medical techniques and/or procedures designed to keep me well. Dr. Gandhi has her way of alleviating those fears from me and I am thus able to tolerate what I need to do to get well. I as a patient is part of her team. As long as I do my part she does hers. In the 6 years she's been my doctor she is knowledgeable of my entire medical history. I never have to refresh her memory. And that is true of all of her patients. I want her to be well so she can continue to keep her patients well. I have already had other family members make her their primary care doctor. I want for others what I get in healthcare for myself. Dr. Anjula Gandhi is that doctor.

Dr. Gandhi is amazing doctor that have love, kindness and compassion with all her patients. She take the time to listen, explain and take in consideration what we tell her. She have done so much for my health and I recommend her to family, friends and coworkers. She take the time to return patients calls.

Very tentative and caring doctor.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Gandhi for over five years. Although Dr. Gandhi is a good medical Dr. her staff at the outpatient clinic located at 1335 Linden Blvu Brookdale hospital are very unprofessional. I have been calling the clinic for two days for refill of insulin to be call into CVS Pharmmacy and was treated very unprofessional by staff member name " Taniya " and her co-workers all medical assistances : in addition CVS's Pharmacy call Dr. Gandhi office and were transferred to answering machine after speaking to the same staff member who fax and call in prescriptions for all clinic patients. My mom didn't have any insulin left and my phone calls were never returned. Staff member Taniya hang up phone on me after I expressed my concerns that the visiting nurse was on his way to my mother's house and no insulin was available. The Dr. Gandhi needs to take time to assure that her staff received proper training on being proactive and conduct themselves in a professional manner. My mother is a bedbound elderly person and has an aid of 24 hours 7 days with visiting nurse services two times a day. Dr. Gandhi staff needs to be more responsible and return phone calls to patients and pharmacy's. Dr.'s needs to be hold accountable for assuring patients safety and best of quality care.
