I wish I could give this hospital 0 stars. Do not go here unless you have a death wish. The nursing staff are disgusting. My grandfather who has dementia went into the hospital for COVID and due to neglect of the staff he fell and broke his hip, needing emergency surgery. We were not even alerted that he fell, my grandfather with dementia was the one that told us. The staff is rude, when you need them they don’t come for hours. I blame this hospital for his decline.
Maimonides is worse place to be a patient or to work at. Due to severe nursing and nursing aide shortage you will get worse possible care. Besides a terrible care, they have the most disgusting food I ever tried. Stay away from hospitals in general, specially from this one. However, if you have to be hospitalized, go to any Manhattan's hospitals (NYU, Colombia, and ets.) If you have to stay local, go to NYU Langone (used to be Lutheran) on 55 str. They will treat you with respect and they have very decent food. Stay healthy.
What supposed to be a simple surgery killed my father he was only 51. Everyone in that stupid hospital didn’t give him any care. They left him to die. Thank you for living me alone with no parent. I hope and pray everyone that was apart of my fathers surgery to die 🙂
It's the best Butcher shop in town if you want your family mamber to die put them in here they are experts
Maimonedes Medical Center is well known for treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Center is not very spacious yet provides quality services and employment to surrounding communities. Pediatric ER lacks enough space but still provides effective service. Doctors, nurses, administrative staff and technicians were super friendly.
they give little romms
What was suppose to be a happy memorable moment for me and my wife’s first born turned out to be one of the most stressful, unpleasant experiences ever!!! Disrespectful staff and you pretty much on your own in that hospital. Good luck getting any sort of help there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Even if you live a block away from there avoid going there!!
The doctor thar was selected for me was far from the standards I became accustomed to at NYU Langine. Overall bad customer service. Now I have the arduous task of trying to get my test results from the hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
