Dr. Neil Moskovitz is outstanding—very kind, incredibly patient, and highly experienced. The entire team at the clinic—from the receptionists to the physical therapists—is warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The environment is supportive and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. I can’t recommend Dr. Moskovitz and this practice highly enough! They also offer shock wave therapy, a non-invasive treatment for patients struggling with pain that hasn’t responded to conventional therapies. It’s surprisingly hard to find a clinic that offers this treatment, and I was thrilled to discover they had the equipment. The therapy provides immediate post-procedure pain relief and improved range of motion. I’ve been dealing with chronic, degenerative pain from a very stubborn case of plantar fasciitis, and shock wave therapy was my last resort—especially since surgery isn’t recommended for this condition. My surgeon actually suggested trying shock wave therapy as a final option, and I’m so grateful I pursued it here. After six years of chronic pain, I finally found a treatment that works. Highly recommend!

I saw Neil for years because he’s an excellent physical therapist. That said, I had a very uncomfortable session with him in which his touch became inappropriate. I reached out to him and got what felt like a stock response. I do not feel comfortable going back to him.

Would not recommend. Find a PT that is willing to give you new challenging exercises when they old ones get easy, and that listens to you when you say one exercise is still very painful and is willing to address the issue. The communication between the PTs themselves was bad and I was tossed between 2 without either of them knowing what the other was doing with me. They went against my orthopedics recommendations by not believing me when I said I could do floor work after a second round of surgery, resulting in a longer healing time. The orthopedic was next door to them, so it could have easily been double checked by a quick conversation if they didn't want to believe me, but wasn't. This office is understaffed to the point where it was pulling teeth to talk to a PT about any issues, and clients were left unsupervised while the only PT on duty worked in a separate room with a private client. When they had interns to help out there was more support and more communication to the PT but without them this place didn't function.

Frank Lo cured my trigger thumb, and saved me from having surgery. It wasn't easy, but so worth the time and effort.

Awesome physical therapy place. All of the staff - from the receptionists, to the physical therapists - are so nice and truly care about you. Would highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Everyone's friendly and helpful. Frank Lo helped me with my IT-band injury and plantar fasciitis but he also helped me improve my overall posture and was kind of like a teacher as well. He was professional and patient with me.
