List of Bashar Fahoum's Reviews
Dr. Fahoum is a blessing he is very caring and very polite to his patients, six years ago he did my surgery I could ask for a better Surgeon than him,
I would give less than 1star if it was allowed. Rescheduled me after two weeks of stress for my surgery. His office told me they over looked my appointment. This is such a trashy and unprofessional look for a healthcare professional and their team.
When I arrived in the ER, I had no idea what was wrong or who would take care of me. What a stroke of extraordinary luck to receive the services of Dr. Fahoum. This man is ever-present, shows up day and night and is an experienced, confident doctor who gives the patient confidence. Just a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Fahoum is one of the most attentive, thorough and skilled surgeons one could ever hope to have. There are not enough words to express how grateful, and lucky, I was to have been placed under his care after I entered the hospital via the ER room.
Great bedside manners and made feel comfortable. excellent surgeon,
I was given an appointment time, I showed up, I waited for 2 hours to see the doctor. His assistant/receptionist was not contrite at all. Worst of all is that I shouldn't have been there in the first place. They told me they took my insurance, so that's why I went to him in the first place, then all the waiting just to see him for 5 minutes. We set a surgery date, I adjusted my schedule, then I hear from them a week later to inform me that they in fact don't take my insurance. So I had to wait even longer for my surgery, go to another doctor, etc. etc. Incredible to me that they couldn't get the most basic thing correct from the get-go. When I requested my $25 co-pay back, they refused. Then I see that my insurance did pay them $210 for my visit. So they made $235, to see me for 5 minutes and waste half my day. There are many more professional outfits in Brooklyn. I recommend you seek them out.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
