I brought my mother in yesterday for her second covid vaccine dose. My mom has dementia. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful to us and to all of those waiting on line. They made a stressful situation seem comforting. From the parking garage attendant to the folks greeting us in the lobby to the person administering the shot and the person monitoring after the shot, they were all so wonderful and it made such a difference in these stressful times.
Pretty cool Interfaith hospital its located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn on Atlantic Avenue, you Can See The Long Island Rail Road street level Tracks Train: Going / Coming from the "Nostrand Avenue Station", I have a couple of family friends that work in this hospital, it's get's the job done. it's not too far from Boys & Girls High school located on Fulton street near Utica Avenue. The doctors and nurses and the desk staff members are pretty cool as well. P.S. Its not big as Kings County hospital or S.U.N.Y-Downstate Medical -College hospital .its a Three-story level Hospital but there get the job done. !!!!very convenient by the MTA transportation:subway:C-Train.Kingston-Throop Avenue. Train StationorA,C-Train.Utica Avenue .Train station.Bus:B43,B25,B46
I was Baked-Act'ed here in 2013.

The Staff there was very disrespectful and that was my first time encountering the agency. What a wonderful first impression. If that is what they call professionalism, I rather do without. I gave one star because I was not permitted to leave it blank
for a mental health clinic this place is very unprofessional .The man that did my intake seemed like he needed mental help himself!!! i I don't think i should put my mental health problems into the hands of people that don't seem like they can handle it .I'm disappointed

I am still currently in the ER after being here for 10 hours and roughly 6 hours without any fluids connected to me but I still have a needle in my arm. It was great when I first came in, I got in quickly and got a bed quickly and they connected me to fluids right away. It is now 5:20 in the morning and I have been here since 7 at night and I want to leave, keep in mind I came in because of an extremely high fever and severe cold symptoms. They originally told me that they would discharge me at 1 am, then that turned into 2:30, and then 4:30, and now it is almost 5:30 and they still won't discharge me. I am nineteen years old and here alone and just want to go home to sleep, which I haven't been able to yet, and just rest BUT THEY WONT LET ME LEAVE AND KEEP SAYING THEY'LL DISCHARGE ME BUT HAVEN'T!!! I feel like i'm loosing my mind.

Esta mima en este hopital inconsiente
This is probably the best hospital i ever been too. I am still going there to the 3rd floor. Those of you who know what is up there Whoop Whoop. The people here are really nice and friendly and they go out of their way to help you get back on your feet. This is not a public hospital like Brookdale ..i wont even go there. This is hospital like your going to be taking care of by family, that's how they treat you here.
I came here for a dermatologist appointment and will NEVER return. My appointment time was 9:45 and by 10:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room with about 15 other patients (none of which who had been seen). When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist she nonchalantly said, "Ooo...you can't wait any longer? Ok. Bye." Never go here unless you have nothing to do all day...and even then you still might not been seen.
My stay was E.R. post auto accident. I DID NOT want to come here (I KNEW REP) but law said i had to go to nearest hospital. The E.R. is WELL under staffed and because of that, they are totally disorganized. I watched not only my own neglect, but how they were treating everyone. It was really sad. Head nurse was NASTY and another nurse did the 'old' pretend she can't see you calling her as she passes by. Couldn't even get Ice water. In the E.R. only 1 Doctor, 2 nurses and a slew of aides. THAT's dangerously low and liability potential. Took them TWO hours to get a Doctor's approval and then ANOTHER TWO HOURS to get pharmaceutical to fill it. Half dead from the pain and my arms and legs were inflamed and swollen twice the size!! This E.R. NEEDS an observation camera on it. You gotta' see it to believe it!
This place isn't too bad , I really have nothing to say bad about it, been there quite a few times and the staff were really nice and caring, and you don't have to wait for ever to see someone , im in and out compared to the other hospital by me so i decided to go to interfaith for now on , and they even give you car service ( a van that picks you up and brings you back home ) if you have trouble getting there.
The wait is long and takes long to get rooms. Service is okay and nurses are nice to Patients
This is the worst medical center I have ever attended! !!!! The staff are drastically unreliable ...they should attend to patients needs ..That's number 1 priority!!!!I'm beyond disappointed in their performance..!!!
Saved my mom's live! But she waited 3 hours! She had a blood clot in both of her lungs!!!!!
I don't know about you guys but I have been treated with the upmost respect there and have no problem when I go there. Yes there are some doctors in the ER that needs to understand sickle cell disease more better but they give me good service and always kind to me. Some of the nurses needs to go but ms. White, Ms. Regis, Ms. Houston is very respectful and two other male nurses in the ER are kind. On the 3rd floor Mr. Blaze, Mr. Snaggs, Mr. Cort, Mr. Massuse, Mr. Reed, Mr. Nicholas, Ms. Brewster, Ms. Gail, Ms. Hail, Ms. Powlett, Ms. Inweh,Ms. Caesar, Ms. Bekles, Ms. Makado, Ms. Joy, Ms. Buckley, Ms. Francios, Ms. Robinson and others are the best nurses you will ever find in your life seriously. This hospital is the best hospital in Brooklyn hands down. The Sickle Cell office is like a second family because it is comfortable and a stress free environment plus Ms. Blackwood and Ms. Bramma is so loving and caring for you. Dr. Guillaume is the best doctor very kind and respectful and understand what I go through. It needs to stay open!
