Betsy Lantner's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Lantner is a wonderful person and a good doctor, but after 20 years of putting up with the staff in this office, I think I'm going to find someone else. It's literally the worst possible staff. Bunch of clueless, worthless people working there. Such a shame.

The reason I’m giving 3stars isn’t because of my doctor Betsy Latner, she is a great and pleasant doctor . But the staff is ruining this practice . The ladies in the front have no people skills and seem very annoyed in working there . It’s a doctors office and they should be polite they don’t know what some patients are going through when they go there . It’s always a very long wait !!!!! They don’t keep you posted are when you’ll be seen bc they don’t care . Goo never get a call with results . I’ve considered changing doctors just because of this environment. I can’t say enough about this doctor. She’s an amazing surgeon and woman. From the minute I walked into her office I knew that she would be the surgeon removing my huge fibroids. Not only did she squeeze me into her schedule…but she took her time to answer every question and fear I had about my fibroid. She never made me feel rushed, and she really put care into explaining the procedure I would be going through…even though I was squeezed into her schedule last minute. I suffer from extreme anxiety and she always managed to keep me calm and always returned my calls to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. I would recommend her in any gynecological capacity because she is skilled, intelligent, and a doctor who cares about her patients

Dr. Lantner is wonderful. Her staff is awful. Too many errors made. Can’t get an appointment or a call back.

Office phone is always off DURING THEIR CLAIMED BUSINESS HOURS! You can't reach anyone here. Not professional at all. Went to this office twice so far for an appointment with the doctor, still haven't seen her or met the doctor. A joke of a place would not recommend to anyone. Save your time and hardship find a different gyno.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment with the doctor and they were closed before my time scheduled.They don't even care to call you and let you reschedule. You waste valuable time there. Unprofessional employees.

I have been going to Dr. Lantner since I was 17. 26 years and she and her office have always helped me with everything I have gone through. I have recommended to so many of my friends and my mom also went to her too.

Dr. Lantner has been our family OBGYN for the past 28 years. She delivered my nieces and nephews (oldest being 27) and my children. Dr. Lantner has an amazing personality and has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease, regardless of the situation. Both of my pregnancies were high risk but I knew I was in good hands.

I have been going to Dr. Lantner since I was 17. I have referred my friends to her, my mom and her friends go. I have been to many doctors in my years. And I feel that the longer the wait means the doctor takes their time with each patient. I have been to places that they were so quick that I didn’t know we were done. So yes you have to wait but in my experience it’s worth it! Not many doctors these days that will take their time. Everything is a RUSH RUSH RUSH! I have been going to Dr. Lantner since I was 17.
