This is my 4th time visiting here,the front desk is very polite and helpful,the nursing and Drs staff are very caring and attentive.Being a lot OCD I appreciate they efficiency and professionalism.The waiting area and and patients rooms are very clean.Depends on when you go you may have a long or short wait,I’ve waited on line for about half hour one time today they was no wait time.Thanks for your service and time.

The space was clean, felt secure and the experience was pretty good considering the awful sensation of the Rapid Test. It’s a calm atmosphere and would only go back to here to take another if needed.

Yesterday was the 3rd time I've visited this location for covid testing. All three times have been easy peasy, though I did have to wait in line for 2.5-3 hours yesterday -- but I understand it is busy because of the upcoming holiday and the recent covid case increase. Once you're in, it's maybe a 15 minute wait while they do paperwork in the lobby area, and another 15-20 to get the test done and the result. Pretty efficient if you ask me.Staff are friendly, esp. despite the daunting # of people they are seeing bc of covid. They came outside periodically yesterday to remind us it's taking longer because they are also deep disinfecting if anyone comes back positive - which I appreciate!So yeah, my personal interactions with this place have been pretty good. Just wanted to share my experience.

I took my kids to get their clinic for a COVID-19 and they were very professional, very careful with my kids. And today, I took my son again, and he was seeing fast and the treatment was unique, 100% on point. Thank you so much for putting your patients first.

I went there for a rapid Covid test. It went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was polite and efficient. After I filled out the paperwork, there was only a short wait for the test, and I was out of there in good time. I’ll definitely go back.

Went here for a covid test and called beforehand to know what to expect. The woman on the phone was patient and courteous. Got there and the place was impeccably clean - my wait was only 10 mins on a Tuesday afternoon. On top of that, employees were not only welcoming and cheerful, but KIND. At an urgent care! In NYC! Mind is blown. Wish everyone here the absolute best. They made what could've been a stressful, terrifying ordeal into a pleasant one.
