Bhma Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I went for a covid test to this location twice and the service was efficient and friendly. I have received a bill one year later (first notice) to find out that the second time, I was billed for a completely different service which was not covered by my insurance. **update** after calling with no result, I emailed a complaint and the charge was removed.

Just had a horrible experience. Came in for an illness check up and waited for AN HOUR for a doctor to come in after the nurse checked on my vitals. No one came and I was not informed of the status of the doctor. There is a patient waiting in an EMPTY office (I came in early in the day) and the people working there didn't feel the need to check up on me or provide any sort of update on the doctor. When I asked about the doctor the nurse simply had no idea of the status of the doctor. I ended up storming out. The cherry on top was when I tried asking for a refund (yes you pay BEFORE getting care) and the woman behind the desk said she can't process it for some reason. I was already seething at this point and did not have the patience to deal with this individual to get my money back. Ended up wasted 1.5 hrs of my morning for no reason. This place is awful stay away

Very fast attentive with nice bedside manners

COVID PCR result not back even after a week. There is no use to the test if the result comes back after the quarantine period.

This is my 4th time visiting here,the front desk is very polite and helpful,the nursing and Drs staff are very caring and attentive.Being a lot OCD I appreciate they efficiency and professionalism.The waiting area and and patients rooms are very clean.Depends on when you go you may have a long or short wait,I’ve waited on line for about half hour one time today they was no wait time.Thanks for your service and time.

Wow. How can a place meant to provide medical help be so bad. I understand these people may not like their jobs but don’t make that the problem of people visiting this place for help. The security guard is ignorant, the receptionist is ignorant, the nurse was unintelligible…only the doctor at the very end of the visit was mildly reasonable. Senior management here needs to step in. It’s a terrible place. These people don’t care at all. It deserves no stars. It deserves to be closed down. Look at the other honest reviews, not the fake ones. Avoid at all costs. There should be an ethics code in the healthcare industry that forces places like this to either do better or close.

The space was clean, felt secure and the experience was pretty good considering the awful sensation of the Rapid Test. It’s a calm atmosphere and would only go back to here to take another if needed.

JUST AVOID THIS PLACE FOR COVID TESTING….I don’t know if they are short staffed or employees don’t want to work. But I was there twice and they took ONE HOUR to get me tested both times. And you have to wait FOUR DAYS for a PCR result.TERRIBLE!

Just left there because the security guard came outside and told folks that this location was closed for COVID 19 testing. He said that if you didn't have an appointment or if you didn't scan a bar code located on the door you will not be tested for COVID.It's almost like NYC and this clinic wants to spread COVID.Unbelievable!
