I am being treated by Natalia and her staff. She is a wonderful professional and I am happy I found them. Such a pleasure to be there and they actually are helpful and polite.

First of all, it's amazingly comfortable when you first step into this modern very new office. Very relaxed setting with warm lighting. One thing I can't stand is bright lights in a hurried environment. If you like bright lights and people running around all over the place like an emergency room then this is not for you . Everything is either brand new or like new. Tables shelving knick knacks so on and so forth. Nice flooring. As far as the people are concerned the professionals they are just that! From the front desk to the therapist Natalie who is absolutely amazing and let me put that in caps. Natalie is an AMAZING doctor of physical therapy . I wished that I would have met her sooner but hey, it is what it is. She is treating my lower back herniations and when she's done with that I'm going to get a referral and have her work on my neck issues. She makes major a difference in my life dealing with pain and so does Big City physical therapy and acupuncture. I might even try the acupuncture. Good luck to whomever gives them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend this physical therapy office. Rafik and Natalia are great professionals! The office and all supplies are super clean and the staff is very friendly! My lower back pain was gone after the second session.

I go to Big city Physical Therapy for my neck pain, this place has it all you need when you are seeking for a help, Rafik is my therapist, he is absolutely awesome, knowledgeable professional and very friendly, he makes treatment process really enjoyable! I’ve spoken with Natalia on my firs visit she was very helpful, she gave me great recommendations to reduce my physical issues. I only have great things to say about this place and highly recommend it to anyone who needs it!

My father frequently visits this office for their physiotherapy services to treat his lower back pain. He is very satisfied with the professional staff and the results he’s seen so far. Every time you show up, you will be taken care of quickly with little to no wait time!
