Просто самое ужасное место! Девушки на фронт деске очень грубые. Особенно Лариса! Это просто ужасная и грубая женщина! Врачи тоже там очень грубые. Имейте в виду, что придя по записи, вам могут сказать, что доктор больше не принимает, т.к. просто хочет уйти домой пораньше, а ваша запись слишком поздно. И не важно, что вы ждали этот прием 2-3 недели. В итоге, когда я попала на прием, доктор просто выписала таблетки, не вникая в суть и ничего не слушала даже. Потом стала выгонять меня из кабинета, т.к. ей очень хотелось уйти домой быстрее. Но это еще не был конец рабочего дня! А самое смешное, что когда я начала спрашивать про эти таблетки, она сказала, что вызовет на меня полицию, потому что я не ухожу из кабинета. Я просто в шоке с этого! Ужасное отношение к клиентам! Обходите стороной это заведение, берегите нервы!

I came to Dr. Boris Bentsianov's Office after I totally lost my hearing and with no hope. A day before I saw another doctor who didn't help me and made my hearing problem worse. In Dr. Bentsianov's office I was seen by Yulia Cherlenyuk, PA-C and Gabby Khidoyatova, RN. They listened to me with attention and calmed me down. Yulia Cherlenyuk checked my ears and found the problem. Gaby cleaned my ears very gently and painlessly. My hearing was back. I was very happy. I wish we had more kind, attentive and great professionals like Yuliya and Gaby. Thank you very much! Iosif R.

My first encounter with Dr. Boris was due to an ENT issue, I had experience in 2012 or 2013. I saw him due to an follow up visit. Also, his office and team of doctors helped me in an emergency situation where as I could of died. But Thank God for him and the other team of doctors he's affiliated with that saved my life. Wow I Cant Even Rate The Doctor Since His Receptionist Was Such An A-Hole.This Lady Was Beyond Repulsive She Obviously Hates Her Job And If Its Any Reflection On The Doctor Himself Then Thank God I Didn't Make The Appointment!!!!!!! Please Unless You Want To Be Disrespected Go Somewhere Else!!

I visited Dr. B. Bentsianov at Montague St , Brooklyn Office. Dr. Bentsianov's professionalism, attentiveness to patient's problems, full explanation of suggested treatment are beyond reproach. Unfortunately the office personal is exactly the opposite. My prescription was never sent to pharmacy I provided and, when my pharmacist called, he was promised to have it sent immediately, but 2 weeks past the visit, I still have no medication. Try to see this doctor at any other office, but this.

I had balloon sinuplasty last week and Dr. Bentsianov was the one who performed it. I was very impressed with Dr. Boris - he is very professional, his bedside manner is good, his stuff is very pleasant and easygoing. The whole procedure took under the hour and wait time was less than 20 minutes. Recommend - five stars.

I tried to schedule an apt to see this doctor for ear pain but even before i could say a word over the phone the receptionist placed me on hold. After about 10 minutes she came back on the phone. The first thing i wanted to know was if the doctor takes my insurance... before i could even finish saying the name of the insurance plan she placed me on hold again. I understand that receptionists can be very busy, but this receptionist was simply rude. I decided not to find out whether or not her manners are a reflection of the doctor; i'd rather see someone else.

This doctor is one of the best Otolaryngologists in NY.
