Brian Hall's Online Review Report Card

I first met Dr Hall In April of 2022, for breast cancer. I was extremely impressed with his bed side manners and his knowledge of my diagnosis. He preformed surgery on my Breast in May of 2022. And to God be the Glory I am cancer free. I’ve been seeing him since then. Recently I had an infection in the breast that had cancer and I called his answering service and he called me back within 6 minutes. I explained to him what was going on and he told me to come into his office the following morning. He had me do a mammogram as well as blood work. Thank you Dr. Hall .

Dr. hall is a excellent surgeon .I had my surgery in April he made me feel comfortable, about my procedure and he was very informative and detailed .Dr. Hall was very punctual for my operating day . Thanks Doc.

I went to his office on July 7th, 2021. He seemed to be very straight forward weigh explaining my procedure which wasn’t a cut that needed a bandage. Before I left his office he assured me that he was going to send the referral for the next day. I got to the “appointment” and no one understood why I was there because they’re wasn’t a referral for me to be seen. His office called me while I was sitting and waiting to get meet the doctor to tell me that she’s been calling and no one was answering. I then spoke to Dr. Hall and he was VERY unprofessional I was frustrated because my situation is a matter of my LIFE! Dr. Hall told me “I can find another surgeon if I’m not satisfied or he will find one for me!” I was lost for words at this point we went on to say “I have seen over 20 patients I can’t remember everything!” That’s way I have my office for back up and I will have to deal with him for the next 5years and if I’m not satisfied I need to find another doctor “I was so scared I call him back to apologize for my behavior because I NEEDED my surgery for breast cancer. No Empathy no respect very rude very unprofessional. I’m not saying he’s not a good surgeon because he never had the opportunity to perform surgery on me for those reasons

Saw Dr Hall 10 years ago and I remembered that he was very concerned about my experience. I saw him again recently and he was just as patient focused as I remember 10 years ago. Cool guy. A real life hero. Thanks Dr. Hall

I was very disappointed in the level of service provided by the front office Dr.Hall was running an hour and 15 minutes late and no one bothered to inform the patients. The lack of communication was troubling when my father finally got to the patient treatment area the medical assistant said we don't do that procedure here 😐 why the hell didn't the front desk know that ?? If Advantage care refers you there make sure you advocate for yourself or the patient cause no one cares or bothers to worry about the patients and how they are treated.

Yes I would highly recommend DR. Brian hall if you need breast surgery he did my surgery. Walked me through the process step by step. The next day I felt very little pain. He is very good. I thank you for taking my case I really appreciate.

Excellent surgeon and takes time to explain what is going on and explains alternatives. There for you from beginning till end.

He was nice in person but when I returned his call recently he sounded rude and mad like I wasn’t supposed to call back. I just wanted to hear what it was he wanted to go over with me he stated in his first voicemail that’s all jeez. We’re all busy no need for that tone especially to your patient.

Dr. Hall is an excellent physician and surgeon.
