This place needs to be shut down like YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!! I don't know why they give appts and no one is ever on time. Always sitting for more than 2 hours WITH AN APPT time. These people here are just as rude as the nurses. I don't even know how this place is still RUNNING WITH RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET A NEW CAREER !! this is horrible !!!!!!!!!!!

I've been with BFCC for about 3 years now. My first appt with Dr Regassa was great and she made referrals based on my primary complaint. She actually called the doctor personally bc his schedule was full. I felt really cared for by my new PCP. I'm still with her and it's still good 4/5 The lab work room is where it's at! The nurses is in there are genuinely big hearted and kind. I always look forward to my conversations with Ruthann! She's the right amount of chatty to make you feel comfortable. All the island flavors from the nurses here make me feel right at home. 5/5 There's a (new?) male receptionist who is professional, but dry. I've seen some patients be nasty upon entry so I don't fault him for that. He works quickly to register you and address any concerns. 4/5 The initial waiting rooms on both floors look outdated and their metal chairs need a fresh coat of paint. That doesn't impact the care I receive, but it is an eyesore. 3/5 Overall, I like it here. There's a parking lot and ample street parking. They're not open late, but I'd rather make this place work than go elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the poor ratings from 6 years ago - give it a shot!
