Can never get them on the phone it's ridiculous..They are rude , ignorant & clearly don't care ...... I've called over 100 times & have yet to get anyone on the phone . Wth kinda service is this ????

I've had such an awful experience with not only the front desk, but my doctor as well. I decided to check the reviews while I'm on hold (for the past 30 minutes and counting).Not only do they never answer the phone but the front staff if you, for some reason want to walk in physically, to make an appointment are extremely dismissive and rude.While going on for my first check up with Dr. Nora Zilber, she was not only slurring her words, she asked me what questions that she was supposed to be asking ME meant. If these are the people who are supposed to take care of my neighborhood, I have 0 faith an ill person would get better here.I've had issues multiple times and was only scheduled for a Over-the-phone appointment when Im having physical issues that were never resolved.Bottom line, don't go here.If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ive been calling for over an our smh no one ever answers the phone. Its ridiculous how often this happens.
Over a year and half, I have left probably 15 messages, and not once have I received a call back. To make an appointment, you literally have to drive there and walk in. My last appt was for 5 minutes, I was charged $80 to see the dr, and a $230 facility usage charge. I could not log in online to check my test results as my social security number had been entered incorrectly.
2019 -Appt.'s can be made online & cancelled or rescheduled, has been very helpful can also make arrangements with other doctors besides the PC, Staff does the best they can, however, CLEANLINESS Needs to be better; for a small building there should be no wax, lint or stain buildup on floors, corners, walls & chairs. **Substitutes for ALL absent employees would help get seniors In & Out in a Timely fashion & diabetics to some food when LAB is done quickly, wait time for LAB is way to long(need LAB person"s *ONLY for LAB). 9/6/19 google translate2019 -Appt. The doctors give nasty attitudes. Don't care about the patients whatsoever. They tend to bring their problems from home to work. I recommend they take a class on ethics.
Please AVOID at all costs! Has no care or concern for its patients. Workers are unskilled, show no compassion or integrity for the patients they serve. Find a caring and compassionate doctors office, because this one is the worse I've even seen. ATTEND AT YOUR OWN RISK! If I could give them a ZERO I would.
They have the worst customer service ever no one ever answers the phone and the staff at the front desk are extreme rude and condescending. If you are unhappy with your job find another one. I have expressed my concern to the doctor about the ladies at the front, but still there is no change or improvement. They need to hire new people who take their work seriously and who care about the patients that come visit.

As a new patient I haven't even been able to schedule an appointment to even see them. They literally never answer the phone and if you do happen by the grace of god to get someone on the phone expect to hear "please hold" before you can even say hi, followed by literally up to 30 minutes of holding IF they ever even pick up afterwards (not joking I just watched the timer go by and I've had to hang up because you will literally never stop holding. Needless to say I will be changing doctors. I 100% garentuee that you will get better service and care at any other random emergency room, but they clearly don't care here.Listen to all the other reviews, just stay away from this place.
I give my doctor 5 stars and his staff in the back.. I complaint twice about the front staff that deals with check-in. Today the lady was RUDE!

The staff barely answer the phone and some have a really nasty attitude! I been calling since 9:30am and up to now still no answer!!!!
This clinic is under staffs and waste of time. I am here since 9:15am and now after 11am still waiting just have some blood taken. I always have wait a long time every time I bring my daughter. That why I no longer come here. I bring my daughter because she love her Doctor. This is ridiculous seevice. People need to find other service this clinic don't care about us.
I can't ever make an appointment because They never answer the phone! I always have to walk in to get an appointment! Their secretary's are extremely rude especially whenever they do pick u the phone! But my medical doctor Dr. Pimsler is awesome there
