Bad service, nasty rep. Instead of trying to resolve the issues workers just believe it's not possible themselves could of made the mistake. Of course I didn't get the name of the rep. But your voice sounded fimalar. If you just didn't want to own up for why your coworkers messed up then don't ask who did it. Just sad, just wanted to see the doctor took a whole day off for it. And for what not even be offered a resolution. Thanks brookedale rep. For making doctor visit so hard to deal with. If you don't like helping people then stop pretending to.

You Will Be in here forever .. Make Sure You Have No Plans or you aren't in Any Rush & I Mean it! They Had one Nurse on the Floor taking patients in and out by herself and all the other doctors are on breaks and doing God Knows what. Trust Me im NOT exaggerating and Not to Mention I was at my appointment 2 minutes before my actual appointment schedule and still didnt see a doctor for over a hour smh. Literally changing my PCP provider because this isnt the first, second or third time this has happened to me and a few other people I Know.
