I went to this hospital because I was in pain and one doctor was so mean he had a green scrub on dark skin tall skinny in the fast track area.. don’t worry, God is big. If you work in the hospital, please be polite and have respect for others..

yall have an attitude problem here that need to be addressed. i came here to get myself checked up because i wasn't feeling well, and the nurse was being passive aggressive towards me. they treated me as if i wasn't human here. then whenever i talk about if i can have a different procedure done, she hushed me up and changed the subject. they gave me medicine that doesn't even help, and when i come back and tell them it seems like i'm wasting their time. keep in mind, i'm dark skinned. they think people's health are a joke.

Brookdale has the worst telephone system,you always get an answering service and they don't return your calls.I called for days trying to get my daughter's pediatrician with no success, I had to just show up to make an appointment in person.Definitely need to do better

I couldn't give them a zero My mother is in that hospital as I am typing this she has been there since 12pm she was taken in with my 21yr old disable brother who has the mentality of a 10yr old these incompetent disgraceful poor excuse of Healthcare workers have been trying to kick my brother out of the hospital all evening,my mother is his primary caregiver I live 3hrs away have a baby and no way to get there until the morning. My mother is been pretty much forced to sing herself out because my brother isn't allowed to stay until I can get omeone to get him in the a she went in for seizures that she has never had and I finally spoke to a nice doctor that said he wanted her to stay so they can figure out what's going on now some nasty unprofessional disgraceful poor tainted excuse of a healthcare worker is forcing her to leave because she doesn't want my brother to remain there. If something happens to my mother I will be suing the hospital and stripping all these incompetent people of there license.

Disgraceful. They literally make you sit through an outdated message for over 5 minutes and then give you prompts. Ridiculous. This is the way they treat black and brown people.

They give you a phone to call with no receptionist to tend the calls, if you had a emergency, you'll be in great danger

One of the worst hospitals in BK. The staff is a mess. Nobody knows what's going on in any department. You have to wait forever no matter what you come there for. My dad was in the emergency room for 2 days waiting to be put in a room. I went to see him and had to wait 20 mins outside the nurses station for someone to acknowledge me and ask what I needed. Been here an hour and the doctor still hasn't come in to speak to me.

Brookdale need to find parking for their workers . They stay coming an taking up all the parking . People on the block can't even find parking when we get home . Having to park 4-5 blocks away. Smh
