Very helpful

Turned Away Despite Having Required Paperwork I brought my child in for an asthma-related visit and was turned away at the front desk because I didn’t have a printed copy of a guardianship/consent form…even though I had the document available on my phone and offered to email it on the spot. This was extremely frustrating, especially given that this office has seen my child multiple times before without requiring this paperwork. No alternative solution was offered (such as uploading through a patient portal or scanning the document), and we were simply told to leave. When a child with a medical issue is seeking care, there should be some level of flexibility or at least a clear, patient-centered process to resolve documentation issues. This experience felt unnecessarily rigid and stressful. I hope the office reviews its policies and front desk communication so other families don’t go through the same thing. Dr. Kina coulanges was my child doctor.

Gave it one star because i couldn’t give a 0 Arrived at the urgent care at 7:15 pm website states they close at 8:30 pm check in lady was very rude when i ask to see a doctor she turned to me and said we not taking no more patients n turn back around started carry on conversation. No greeting no explanation nothing wonder how they even get patients w someone like her at the front desk

Chappelle's Show (episode PopCopy) explains the treatment you're going to receive. I walked a quarter mile on my injured hip to this location and once I got there I spoke to a receptionist and my appointment was cancelled. No phone call no text. I was calm and respectful whole time. And was met hostility and desrespect. I barely got two words out and they were treating me like the enemy. Morale of the story practice self-love and never visit this urgent care.

Terrible service

I had two injuries on the same foot days apart... (Sometimes i am a but of klutz) They addressed the burn and the thankfully only severe bruising and followed up with me soon as the x-ray came back in. They were quick and addressed my concerns even when my job made me go get a note to say I was able to work even though I didn't miss even an hour of work

Terrible. If i could give it zero stars, I would. I arrived at 10 AM and had to wait 4 hours to be seen because they had "one provider". I was in extreme pain and restlessness in the waiting room. The nurse told everyone she cannot cater to their specific pains at the moment because of the waiting queue (which is fair). HOWEVER, she then proceeded to let another patient walk right in as soon as she arrived because she complained about having her baby with her meanwhile the treatment wasnt even for the baby, it was for her!!!! She got to skip past everyone in the waiting room. Completely unprofessional & disgusting. If it was such an emergency, she should have been referred across the street to the emergency center. Never returning here again. They would rather see you pass out or cough up blood in the waiting room before they actually do something.

Brookdale Urgent Care is the worst they do not answer their phone they be sitting and hearing on the phone but just running their mouth🙄

We really need to be able to give zero Stars. I'm actually leaving the hospital now untreated for my asthma because these people would rather talk about Nicki Minaj and gag City than to treat their clients. lots of casual behavior, lots of cursing. much of the staff is very aloof. four hours and not even a prednisone shot. 🙄 NY Presbyterian would've given that in the ambulance. I hate Brooklyn, this just made it so much easier to never come back! ZEROOOO STARS.
