This doctor did a damage my teeth and took deposit money from my account than he don’t complete work (horrible office)

At first I was put off and confused by how many photographs and x-rays they were taking. I’ve never gotten my photo taken at a dentist. But after the exam and evaluation I started to wonder why other dentists don’t do this! The staff were able to be extremely thorough in addressing my dental health and I’m sure they identified things other dentists I’ve been to have not. They also took he time to listen and communicate on all issues, concerns and questions I had - both on dental health AND insurance coverage. Would recommend.

If I could give this place a million stars I would. Customer service is on top. From talking on the phone, to booking an appointment, to having my teeth fixed. This place is heaven on earth. The process was so smooth. Dr. Ronny and his assistants knew exactly how to take care of me and made me feel welcome. Great teamwork! Can’t wait for my next appointment 😁

First time visiting this dentist. The staff was nice and I didn’t have to wait long until I was seen. This dentist spent less than 1 minute looking at my x-ray and photo of my teeth. He didn’t even give a proper exam with a probe before telling me I needed 7 filling and a deep cleaning. I told him that I have stains but he dismissed it. I went elsewhere for a second opinion. I got a proper dental exam turns out to be just staining, no cavities. I don’t need the deep cleaning either. Any dentist that recommend you for a deep cleaning without giving you a proper exam is a huge red flag. I’m very glad that I did not let this dentist drill holes on all my teeth!

The staff here have been very kind and patient with me, and took into consideration my TMJ condition. I highly appreciate the team discussing in details my results and answering any questions I had. 5/5 would recommend!

This Dental practice is extremely nice. All of the staff: front desk, dental hygienist, dental assistant, Dr. Mashihi are very nice, careful with their words and approach. They all make you feel welcomed, cared for and appreciated. Dr. Mashihi took his time to answer all of my questions and highlighted the diagnosis. Exceptional Dental Care with Outstanding Patient Support! I had an incredible experience at Brooklyn Dental, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They were attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. What truly set this clinic apart was the dedication of the dentist, Mashihi. Unlike many places where appointments feel rushed, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything, from the procedure, what the xray showed and how it could be corrected. They patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I understood my treatment options and felt confident in my decisions. It’s rare to find such a level of attentiveness and commitment to patient education! The clinic itself was clean, modern, and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. I left feeling not only well-treated but also empowered with knowledge about my dental health. I don't generally like dentists visits but, If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients and a team that goes above and beyond, Brooklyn Dental is definitely the place to go!

All staff members were professional and friendly. All aspects of dental needs were explained to me and new appointments needed to be made for each procedure, taking into consideration payment needs. I am quite happy with this practice.
