Good dentists, but they show no flexibility and refuse to accommodate returning patients. Communication about timeframes and procedures was unclear. Patients should be the priority, not their insurance coverage.

I went in with great expectations because I knew 2 people that went here. But both my experiences were bad. 1st visit, I went in for a consultation and it was the quickest consultation I ever had. I didn't leave there feeling comfortable. I have been waiting for them to send the insurance company the recommended work they need to do. They keep telling me that the insurance portal has been down for 2 months. 2nd visit, I went in for emergency fix on my front tooth and came out looking worst. They didn't even make the temporary fix the same or even at least close to the color of my teeth. It was such a rush job. They gave me paperwork for a referral and it had the wrong name on it. I called them to let them know that the paperwork they gave me had the wrong name on it. I asked the lady if I can white it out and put my correct name and she told me NO. I went back to get the correct paperwork and what did she do...she took a white out and put my name on it. Unbelievable. They made it very clear that they don't care... My experience sucked...

Called to make an appointment for the first time and the experience was painful. Not sure if the receptionist was having a bad day but I got a lecture to boot. I guess you’re not looking to take on new business with that type of service. Kindness and good listening skills go a long way.

Always an amazing experience when I have an appointment. One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had, and went back for a deep cleaning and it was quick and painless. Amazing work, highly recommend!

I am writing this review because my husband and I recently had an emergency and couldn't make it to our appointment. I understand that policies exist, but despite the unforeseen circumstances, this place offered no assistance and is charging each of us $150 for a same-day missed appointment, which seems unreasonable. I explained the situation to the person who kept contacting me about a past due balance and said I needed to check in. However, I was then told I couldn't schedule a new appointment because of the outstanding balance. I find this place to be very disappointing and cannot recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY!

I took my 7 and 9 year old and it was such an amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The dentist was very gentle with my girls! Definitely recommended!
