The amount of time spent on someone to answer the phone is ridiculous more than 5 mins to get transferred to the floor of the patient.. The nurses and people that are clerks are very rude and very unprofessional They need to give phone etiquette!!! Overall the rooms and common areas were very clean Unfortunately did not get to speak to doctors in person they call you and rush thru the details of the patient progress and of course diagnosis

The worst I have ever been treated in my life. I was taken to urgent care by ambulance early morning of 9/10/22 after being jumped and robbed. I am a dark skin black woman so my injuries weren't readily available enough for them so they pushed me in a corner and closed the curtains. Never been treated this poorly down south and the south is known for being racist. It's a different type of racism up here especially for black women seeking medical attention.

I came here January 2020. I fainted, was nauseous, problems breathing, hot flashes, runny nose, shortness of breath, chest pain, and lots more. I felt the team who took care of me did a great job. I was there from about 11am and left before 1pm. Now I know that I had Covid at that time, but at the time they didn't know what was wrong and tested me for the flu. It was negative. They took blood and urine and gave me a B12 shot a vitamin K shot (don't do it vit K is soooo painful lol) onandestron for nausea and some ibuprofen. I was told I had a mysterious viral illness (lol it was Covid) I felt my care was handled well. I was sick for almost 3 weeks at home but I am happy with the Emergency dept did

Came here to visit the emergency services when I was very ill. I have to say I felt I was treated very well here. The staff who work there were very obviously tired but were very attentive, polite and professional. I felt I was in good hands, the wait was not very long, and I felt so much better after I left. I had a much better experience here than I ever had at Bellevue.

The location is really convenient. It's well connected by bus and train, there's lots of businesses all around, and it's nice to have fort Greene park right there.

If I could give thus place less stars I would. The Dr we saw was rude and just an ass in general. My wife is having a baby in July and had a scare a little while back and we got this nurse who was the biggest jerk. Wouldnt let us see the ultrasound and was incredibly rude. This place needs to be closed down for having the worst staff. If you can goto Methodist or some other hospital do it. This place is should be condemned for the worst medical staff in BKLYN.
