If you read any of the negative reviews about Dr. Gadi let me say this I have been a patient for over 20 years The doctor and I live in the same community Dr. Gadi is not just my doctor he’s like family both my sons see him also I have waited in his office many times for three hours but just remember this how good can a doctor be if he’s not busy If you have to try numerous times get through to him that’s because he’s busy and is a good doctor Remember as hard as it is to find a good doctor it’s twice as hard for a doctor to find a good patient So before ever saying anything negative about a doctor ask yourself how good of a patient you are

Simply Amazing. After 10 days of suffering and 4 ER visits with mistreatment and misdiagnosed, I walked in, practically, into the office of Dr Gadi Avshalomov. He’s an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Diagnosed immediately. I finally felt I found a doctor I fully trust. Thank you to Sofia, who was able to squeeze me, desperate, in, last minute.

This is a very good medical office. Stuff is polite, caring and friendly. It’s a rare combination. I haven’t seen this in a long time since living in Brooklyn. Overall, I would definitely give the stuff, doctors and the office highest grade ever. Thanks a lot guys for your lovely team!

I don't know the performance of the Dr. Avshalomov, but I will say the receptionist, Sophie, hung up on me twice when trying to schedule an appointment. No warning given, I had barely been on the phone with her for 10 seconds. If you don't want to do your job maybe just don't pick up the phone at all. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been a patient in this office for many years. I used to suffer terribly from allergies and very frequent sinus infections. Dr. Gadi was the only one who figured out the whole puzzle and has changed my life. With regular allergy shots and bloodwork to detect immune deficiencies; I have NEVER felt this healthy. I am thrilled! I also love everyone in the Mill Basin office. Every person truly cares about me and my health.

I'm an adult who has been a patient for several years, and I can't thank Dr. Gadi enough. Not only has he brought my asthma under control, he has also eased my lifelong fear of shots and needles. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Caring, KnowledgeBased, Effective**

I called this office at least 5 times In 3 days. They kept telling me they would call me back once they verified my insurance. I told them how bad my allergy was. Too bad about his front desk. I was told he was a good doctor. I got an appointment with another dr and waiting to be seen.

Great staff and great doctor. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great with diagnosing and treating a variety of illnesses. I highly recommend Dr Avshalomov.

**This review isn’t about myself it’s on behalf of my mother’s experience.** My mother has been sick for over 13 years, with an illness no one could diagnose. She has seen many doctors who would tell her what they thought she’d want to hear. Obviously that’s not helpful. Dr Avshalomov is very knowledgeable and straight up with you. After so many years, she is finally going in the right direction. His staff; Michelle, Yuliya, Rachel and Sofie are the best. My mother gets an infusion every month. My mother is very difficult to get the line in. Michele is very gentle, kind, and very patient. If she ever got frustrated nobody would be able to tell. A couple of times she had a reaction. Yulia, Michele and Rachel are so attentive and seriously do everything they can to make my mother comfortable. These infusions can take from 3 to 4+ hours depending on how she’s handling it. They constantly check on her to make sure she’s ok. Sofie is the receptionist, always friendly and on top of what she needs. Everyone knows you may have a great doctor, but the office could make you crazy. Not here. It’s great. Dr Avshalomov has other locations, she goes to the Mill Basin location. They’re the best!
