My first visit with Dr. Roya was great—she is amazing, sweet, and very helpful. However, my issue is with the front desk, not the doctor. I had an appointment the first week of January, and since then, I’ve been given the runaround. The front desk staff have been dismissive and unhelpful. Ms. Brown is nice and tries to help, but she often forgets to call back with updates I’ve been waiting on. I’ve called over 10 times with literally no resolution. Every time I’m told, “We will call you back,” but I never receive a call. It’s really disappointing because I like Dr. Roya and want to continue care, but the lack of urgency and communication from the staff makes it very difficult.

FNP Shirley Gomez was exceptionally thorough in my treatment and took the time to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. She was very patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my care. Tina was also wonderful—friendly, gentle, and made the experience even more comfortable. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking attentive and compassionate allergy care.

This facility was clean and very well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly, respectful, and responsive to the needs of patients waiting. They had a sign-in sheet and were extremely helpful throughout the process. I was then seen by Antina, who was incredibly friendly. She took my vitals, and even during my blood work she was very patient and reassuring. FNP Shirley Gomez was amazing. She took her time with me, was very thorough, and made me feel truly comfortable as her patient. Her bedside manner is exceptional—there’s nothing like feeling at ease and confident in your provider. She asked thoughtful questions, examined me carefully, and provided the care I needed. I truly appreciate going somewhere where I feel heard and genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

Insane to me that this place has 4.5 rating. I paid 30 dollars to wait for an hour past my appointment time so I could talk to a doctor for 5 minutes to get a refill on a prescription that they demanded I come in person for because they didn’t want to refill over the phone. Waste of time I’ll be looking anywhere else

Unprofessional and disorganized experience. I came in for a scheduled appointment and arrived within the stated 15-minute grace period. I even had proof of my arrival time on my phone from my Uber. When I checked in, I gave the receptionist my name and appointment time. She told me to sign in and have a seat — which I did. After waiting 45 minutes, she finally called me up only to say my doctor couldn’t see me because I supposedly missed the 15-minute grace period, which is completely false. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of this when I first checked in, she became dismissive and said she “didn’t want to go back and forth” with me and mentioned that she was the only one working. That is NOT the patient’s fault. She also claimed there were “plenty of people” here, which was NOT true, — there were only three people when I arrived. There was zero accountability, no apology, and no acknowledgment that I should have been notified immediately instead of being left to wait almost an hour for nothing. Beyond that, what is the point of a healthcare appointment if patients aren’t given the opportunity to ask questions or receive proper follow-up? Regardless of how busy a clinic is, patients deserve clarity, communication, and respect. On top of everything, there were noticeable language barriers with staff, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Unprofessional, poorly managed, and not patient-centered at all.

Professional staff, no long wait times. Appointments are on schedule and you are seen at your appointment time. Dr.Abungu is one of the best MD at the facility.

Had a great experience with Dr. Ramin Rayhan here. I called to make an emergency appointment when oral antibiotics failed to resolve an infection I had by an implanted tooth. I was able to see Dr. Rayhan the next business day and he treated the issue right away. He has great bedside manner and I did not feel any discomfort when receiving an injection of local anesthetic in my gums, which is a great fear of mine. He made the process a lot less nerve-wracking. He fit me in his schedule after hours two weeks later to follow up and gave another painless injection of antibiotics in my gums. I hope to be able to continue seeing him as my dentist going forward. Office very accessible, staff very accommodating to my mobility and vision disabilities.

The best place I have ever been they checked me for everything and told me what I needed to do to get well ill recommend them to all my family and friends number one place to go for any health issues from dentist to eye doctor they have pain management they have it all there and the best doctors.

I’ve been a patient at Century Medical & Dental Center for a while, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. The entire staff is professional, kind, and efficient. The doctors truly take their time to listen and explain everything clearly. Appointments are well-organized, and the front desk team is always helpful and polite. The clinic is clean, modern, and offers a wide range of services, which makes it very convenient. Overall, this is one of the best medical centers in Brooklyn — I always feel well cared for and confident in the quality of treatment I receive.
