She is rude, when talking to patients. She is a liar, has no compassion for her patients especially when she is at fault for their issues. She lacks people skills.

I was looking at the reviews for Dr Chao before I went to go see her and I was apprehensive since she had negative reviews. This website isn't great considering anyone can easily submit a 1 star review for no reason. I saw Dr Chao and she was very attentive and explained exactly what was happening to my body and what they were doing to do to fix it. She took her time to make sure I understood everything so I could make the best decision. Also had excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Chao was attentive and thorough. She explained the procedure that I would undergo and made it real for me. She has a great bedside manner and a countenance the made you feel at ease. Most importantly I felt like she cares about me. just a quick story: The nurses and staff who took great care told me that doctors don't come to the hospital on the weekends. I said, oh really? On Saturday and Sunday Dr Chao came to see me. Need I say more?

Worst Hospital ever! This place is a nightmare. I had a minor surgery scheduled from a month ago, I showed up to my at 2:30 pm appointment 2 hours early as advised , I also been fasting since 12 am from the night before. Long story short, it is now 8:30pm and my Dr has not even met with me. I asked this lazy worker in the front desk if I can speak to someone because I have been waiting for over 6 hours. The lady on the front desk said she doesnt no nothing and I have to wait. Then I proceeded to tell her I will be leaving thats when she called a registered nurse that said she will get my Dr on the phone. Finally I got the Registered nurse to get Dr on the phone screaming on top of her lungs "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO" then she advised the Registered nurse to hang up the registered nurse told me " I CANT SPEAK TO YOU NO MORE BYE" slamming the phone down. Note I have been patiently waiting with out saying a word and this is the type of treatment i received..... The Dr made her RN hangup on me before I even was able to say one word. I never felt more humiliated in my life. I eventually left without my procedure or someone consulting me. Stay away from this hospital. I will call patient relations but I doubt they will address this issue.
