The day before my first appointment, I get an email that my appointment was rescheduled to the following week. They don't know my availability for the following week and didn't call as a courtesy to see if I was ok. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I would give this company a zero but you can't. I made an appointment and was rescheduled, fine.. things come up. Day of I'm waiting 45 minutes before my therapist emails me that she's having technical issues and asked to reschedule for the next day. Again, I'm understanding but your company is a telehealth virtual mental health service. These kinks should be hammered out a over a year into a pandemic where all services went virtual. But I digress, we rescheduled and AGAIN no show but this time not a call or email as common courtesy would apply when a provider decides not to show up to work. I wouldn't recommend this office even if you were in a crisis... which by the way they make you sign off that you aren't before you can make an appointment. Stay clear and find someone local or with better reviews.

Not even an actual therapist and they still can't get it right. "Licensed social worker" will cancel your very first and most needed appointment. Great first impression!!!!!!
