I was nervous when I had to transition my dad to a nursing home. This was a new experience for me and my family and not an easy decision to make either. Cobble hill staff made this transition as smooth as possible. They walked me through the steps of treatment, care and costs. They told us about the covid precautions that they are taking and the options for my dad to interact with the family during these trying unprecedented times. Most of all the whole administration was welcoming. Anyone we spoke to offered to send us pictures, videos and video calls daily so we could see dad’s progress even if we all weren’t physically able to be there ( we have familyIn florida, LA and Chicago). My dad is pretty happy and getting good nursing care and therapy and that’s what’s most important at this juncture in his life.

I am not happy that I'm not at home in Haiti! But I am very happy with the care I get here. I have been here before and I know they always get me back on my feet. I like all my aides and nurses. They will always help you.

When I came here I could not move my legs. Thanks to my therapists I can walk now. The nursing care assistants and all the other staff have been very kind and helpful to me. They are like saints in my opinion. I highly recommend cobble hill to anyone who needs rehabilitation or therapy. I have no words to say how much i appreciate you all.

Very pleased with my experience. So far Chhc has taken good care of 2 family members that just needed more than what we could provide at home. Thank you for caring for my family!

I have a grandmother in the A building room 219A and i am so happy with the care. Nurse Tessa has been oustanding addresing all her needs and all the family questions. although its a big building we are so happy with the choice and the rehab she is getting.

The worst rehab I ever been to the service no good this nursing no good and the staff is no good you have to wait a very long time to get help to go to the bathroom the food is very bad you don't give me nothing to drink nothing to eat and no snacks😭😠😡🤬👎

This place is horrible. The steal patient's clothes. They don't answer phones after 3pm. Doctors are incompetent. Staff is horrible

Muy mala atención para los enfermos k están en ese citio .mi esposo duro 10 dias y no lo bañaron más 2 veces mi trabajadora social f y los terapistas son los únicos k estuvo al pendiente de el y la recepción pésimos ellos muy mala atención y para ir a visitarlos los sacan sin suerte k que lo k paso con mi esposo 🤔 en pleno frío lo sacaron haci el tsi usted quiere su familiar busqyele un lugar mejor yobsaque a mi esposobde ahi el tiene cáncer y nunca lo llevaron a su tratamiento hasta k yo fui por el para llevarlo
