Daniel Wilen's Online Review Report Card

I went to this doctor to receive healthcare for an injury. There was absolutely no “care” to the service he provides. To start, appointment times are more of a “guideline” to Dr. Wilen. After making my first appointment for 3pm I was told to show up early because he likes to leave at 3. One appointment I had the doctor had already left and no explanation was given. Nada. Aside from a few of the women that work up front, the entire staff has horrible bedside manner. Never did I feel as if anyone gave a %#&$ about my pain or injury. It appears that the male staff has a very “bro” mentality. I even heard them audibly laughing at a patient as she left. Horrible human beings with no empathy or professionalism. I was told I needed an MRI. I was told I needed an X-ray. After all these things were done I was given little explanation of injuries or how to better improve my healing process. But hey, I’m sure the insurance covers the money he needed for that. Right? Lastly, this lovely thing was posted in his office. What type of professional physician posts something like this for patients he is supposed to be providing health”care” to? In fact, as a healthcare provider, if someone is unhappy at your office you should strive to make them happier. Save your time and money. Don’t go here. Edit: This “doctor” does not care about you. The majority of the reviews are fake accounts to increase his overall score. Read them. They are clearly fake. His staff is rude and he is only interested in your money, not your health. Beware.

I have been a patient with Dr. Wilen since 1998 ish. He is a great Dr. He listens and has a great bedside manner. Has done my arthroscopic knee surgeries, I wouldn't trust anyone else. I have the referred quite a few family and friends to him. I went to him when my granddaughter needed an orthopedic specialist, he couldn't treat her condition but referred us elsewhere, when another Dr. would have tried to treat her just to get paid. Will always choose Dr. Wilen.

To me personally Dr Willen has been the best 1st he did my knee surgery and now a fractured. I thank god for Dr. Like Willen .He has a very good bedside manors professional what he does and the staff very comfortable nice attentive with I love my front desk’s receptionist good attentive and a good welcome when you r feeling the worsted. She makes you smile and feel good being there trust me that is very important that feeling before seeing the Dr. To have trust everything is going to be okay.

His staff is great. Dr. Wilen is the #1 orthopedic surgeon in the area. Great experience. I highly recommend him for orthopedic services.

Awsome, can't thank Dr. Wilen enough and his staff. He's an incredible listener and very caring. Acknowledges pain and assists in making you comfortable and well.

Dr. Wilen and staff are professional and accommodating. He addressed ortho issues for my mom and I. We physically feel MUCH better. I recommend you see Dr. Wilen for your orthopedic issues. Feel better my friends.

I came to this office broken spiritually and the doctor and team not only healed my broken shoulder but gave me back the quality of life I was so frightened I lost.🙏🏻

I saw Dr. Wilen multiple times for different issues. The visits were always quick and easy. They have X Ray on the premises which the doctor orders and reads at the time of the visit. He can take care of all your Orthopaedic needs.

Dr. Wilen is professional and thorough in every way you would want you doctor to be. His staff is friendly and office wait times are more than acceptable. Dr. Wilen has diagnosed and treated my chronic symptoms for many years with the utmost care and compassion.
