List of David Dosik's Reviews
I liked and trusted Doctor David from the day I met him back in 2001 I went to see him to treat me for stage 3 breast cancer , He is kind, compassionate , caring and a true professional , He also treated me for colon cancer stage 3 , 2013 I trust him with my life and follow whatever treatment he recommends , last year I was told I had a reoccurrence of breast cancer and I was terrified , Dr. David reassured me and answered all my questions by the time I left his office I was ok I knew he would take care of me he is one of the best oncologist I knew and I would highly recommend him. I was told at my last visit my cancer is in remission I credit this to him and the treatment he recommended.
I had my first appointment with Dr. David Dosik last week. Dr. Dosik not only answered all of the questions I had but he was very thorough and made me feel comfortable and more at ease with what may or may not be going on with me. He took his time to explain. He did not rush me and it was evident that he is a great doctor. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The staff was very pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Dosik in a heartbeat.
Office staff is very unprofessional. I recently suffered a heart attack due to a blood clot blocking one of my arteries. I was given a referral from my PCP to Dosik Hematology and was advised to book an appointment asap to determine the chances of another clot forming. When I called the Dosik office the first time, I was told to call back because they were busy. When I called a second time on a different day, I was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes just for the same woman to come back and say "How can I help you?" a second time after I already explained that "Im trying to book an appointment" before she placed me on hold. When I repeated "Im trying to book an appointment" she then hung up on me. I immediately called back a third time and she picked up the phone and immediately hung it back up again. When I immediately called back a fourth time "I was told that the booking staff had left for the day." They close at 5PM and I called between 4:30-4:45.
He twice cured me, from breast cancer in 1998 and again from lung cancer in 2017. I am 62, alive and well thanks to God and Dr David. His bedside manner is excellent. I trust him and know he will always be there for me.
I was very anemic when my primary Dr referred me to see Dr David Dosik he not only treated my condition fast, but also explained to me the reasons why I was feeling so sick. His staff is very respectful and professional. I thank Dr Dosik for helping me and make feel normal again.
My mother had to go to chemo there. I found DrDosik to be a condescending shmuck. But my mom isnt well enough to shop around. I think the staff is rude and incompetent and always cranky. Its hard to make appts, which they constantly change and then they keep you waiting over an hour past the appt time. If it were me, and not my mom, i would choose to die from the cancer than have to go there every week.
I had ovarian cancer and was treated by Dr.David Dosik for almost two years and he still wants me to continue my chemo until indefinitely! He didn't give me detail as why but just said that it is prevention! He was very arrogant and didn't like patient to ask questions! Not a good doctor!
This doctor should not be allowed to practice. He is condescending, rude, arrogant, has zero bed-side manner and treats patients like a deli counter...next! He will not take time to answer your questions; in fact, he becomes annoyed if you are seemingly eating into his schedule. He speaks to patients in a very matter-of-fact tone but has been proven to be wrong. He will not make time or take time to address your individual condition. Go elsewhere. Dealing with cancer is bad within itself; having a doctor that is more in-tuned to his golfing and bottom line makes it worse!
Was treated for lung cancer this year by Dr. David Dosik obviously he chose the right treatment for me since my last Pet/CT came back cancer free I am forever grateful to him and his wonderful staff.
I went to see Dr dosik with my father who had been diagnosed with cancer. although my father was not doing the best he had hope. One follow up visit with Dr Dosik after meeting him at Methodist hospital. He went from giving my father hope to telling us without any remorse or care that we should just place him in hospice. My father lost whatever hope he had that day. That same day ( exactly one year ago from today) we had to rush him to the hospital and he never came home. People may rave about dr dosik but he only cares about patients who he thinks are interesting. His bed side manner is horrible and ill remember that experience the rest of my life. I would never recommend him to someone. His secretaries were so much nicer than him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
