David Soltanpour's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Soltanpour today. It was easy booking an appointment and staff was gracious when I had to reschedule. I was very happy with the appointment. He did everything I asked for thoroughly, including a fundoscopy with dilation and explained the results clearly. Pleasant, low key, efficient, better than prior experiences I had.

My kids eye doctor is excellent... they've had Dr. Soltanpour since they were toddlers; 1 now and adult and 1 17yrs old.

Extremely rude front desk staff.

With a very bad eye infection I called several doctors that didn’t give me the time of day until I called Dr.Soltanpour Who gave me an appointment within two hours of our phone conversation Dr.Soltanpour and stuff treated me with professionalism and kindness like every patient should be treated. I can’t thank him enough for his effective treatment and insisting That I come back the following morning to check on my progress

Dr. Soltanpour has been a great doctor for me. I came in with a sudden infection in my eye and he not only treated it, but he also explained what was going on. Dr. Soltanpour himself is very friendly, caring, and attentive to your concern .He is very thorough and patient . His office staff are great, caring and professional. I have had several times calling and talking to Jenny at his office. She is a super nice ,responsible and knowledgeable person .After just one call she remembers my name and takes care of everything . I would definitely recommend Dr.Soltanpour.

I had a bad eye virus puff eyes lid swollen face red rash the worst. I found this doctor on ZOCDOC on October 5, 2020, he look into my eyes and prescribe me with two antibiotic and return back on Wednesday for check up. came back on Friday it looks good still red but much then it was. Kathy was very professional handling patient care. the one behind desk is very unprofessional do not know how talk to patient are people in general. she lack experience dealing with people. She have very bad attitude problem. she can't comprehend for as a simple question like writing a doctor she needs to be Supervised to understand how to work at professional office. I think the doctor need to replace her. Over all the Dr.Soltanpour is the best. keep up the good work.

My 2 kids been going to Dr.Soltanpour for years since they were single digits now there high schooler and college and my fiance been going here always for years excellent doctor... Also better location that he moved too more space

Dr. Soltanpour’s rating would also have to include his office staff of just two. Just came from doctor’s appointment with my mom, and while filling out forms being a first-time patient, the last form did not make sense to me because they were asking me to add $50 to a $40 co-payment to receive a prescription for glasses of it was needed. The problem is, I stated to the so-called “professional” who sits at the front desk, that this statement does not make sense because I didn’t know if she needed a new prescription, and it would be unreasonable to pay for a new prescription when one is not needed. I will not know if my mother needs a new prescription until AFTER my mother takes a test. She did not have an explanation, and instead wanted to get rid of the problem. She proceeded to make rude hand motions to me to signal that I should not speak to the technician and her, just her alone. It is only respectful that you speak to the two people that are eyeballing you at the present time. If you don’t know who you’re speaking to, I suggest you do not make a customer’s first impression be less than perfect. Being rude is NOT a prerequisite for being smart. Dr. Soltanpour and his technician are acceptable professionals AND HUMANS in their own right, thank God. I cannot say the same for that one individual at the desk, as she was very condescending. I have studied medicine for 34 years of my life, and I refuse for anybody of her caliber to demean my character. Now you can try to sabotage appointments, and that’s what I would EXPECT you to do, based on the fact that you know this review is based on you, but you can help your situation by showing a little class. I will keep bringing my mother back to Dr. Soltanpour because he is a gifted physician, and my mother is quite satisfied.

Great doctor and you will never need a second opinion, just an Honest and Skilled one.

His surgical coordinator sucks! There's no way to reach the doctor directly. She has a nasty attitude and she doesn't call back. I called 20 times just to get blood work paper faxed. She doesn't even let us know if she can't reach them or when she sent the paper. She is disgusting! She should be fired for lack of professionalism! 11/2017 -After posting this review, Jane from Dr.Soltanpour’s office contacted me and helped me with the entire procedure. She went above and beyond her responsibility to help me arrange my mom’s cataract surgery. I’m very thankful to Jane and Dr.Soltanpour for their help. 🙂 3/4/18
