Office is clean and organized and runs on time. I waited only 15 mins for my appt .I felt comfortable and we'll cared for through out my visit .Samantha was very professional and sweet.The Dr DID not rush my cleaning and took his time. I will definitely be returning
I had a very disappointing experience at this office, especially as a first-time patient who recently moved to the neighborhood. The wait time was over two hours, which felt extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of time management. While waiting, Samantha was at the front desk having loud personal phone conversations, and laughing.That alone made the environment feel unprofessional. When I was finally seen, Samantha was very pushy about getting me to commit to a treatment plan immediately. My HSA card did not have enough funds to start anything, and she asked if I had any other card with money available. That made me uncomfortable. She then asked if I had good credit and requested to see my phone without clearly explaining why. I also observed her taking other patients’ phones and asking them about their credit, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. She proceeded to present monthly payment plan options. I clearly explained that I did not want to start treatment because I could not afford the monthly payments at this time. Despite that, she continued to pressure me and even suggested that the doctor could Zelle me money for the down payment so I could begin treatment, even though I had already expressed that I did not want to proceed. The entire interaction felt more like a high-pressure sales environment than a professional dental office. Additionally, after observing her behavior, many of the positive reviews mentioning her seem forced or not genuine. On a positive note, the assistant who helped during my visit was very pleasant and continuously checked to make sure I was okay during the long wait I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness (I wish I had gotten her name). Dr. Hepburn was also pleasant and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, which I appreciated. Overall, the office needs much better time management than. Based on my experience, I would avoid this office.
First time here and everyone was welcoming especially Samantha .dr Hepburn explained everything well

Dr. Moradi is truly a master at his craft, 4 cavities, and as someone who has trouble getting numb, I didn’t feel a single one of them the whole time! And Samantha is such a kind hearted and hospitable person, they really take the time to connect with the patient to make sure your comfortable the whole visit.
Very organized and cleaned and the doctor did a great job with my veneers! Been getting so many compliments.
Great service
I did all my fillings and never had any complaints.I love this office. Samantha helped me with a payment plan and she explained everything well to me and I can't wait to come back to do my bridge
