Office staff is super friendly. The treatment rooms are nice n clean n the paintings of the doggies are very cheerful. I needed a specialist bc my current dr kept just adding medications and depressing me that I might loose my sight. Dr Seidman' s office has the latest technology n kept me well informed. I felt secure that i will not loose my sight. She even connected to a pharmacy that delivers n keeps costs medication costs low. I'll have my records transferred here to continue my eye care. So happy my friend recommended Dr Seidman.

I would recommend Dr. Seidman to anyone looking for a professional Ophthalmologist! I’ve visited several before going to Dr. Seidman and she impressed me with her expertise, and what’s more important, her understanding on the kind of care that I was looking for. She was very patient and thoroughly communicated with me during each visit. The people in the office are super nice too. After several visits I can’t see my self going to another Ophthalmologist. Thank you, Dr Seidman and staff.

Worse staff ever, after waiting for an hour, they would call patients that came after me, after first patient I said nothing, but the second one, I asked why? Front desk girl was playing games, I said - tell me how many more hours I will be waiting? Then I decided - there is other ophthalmologist, I took my copay and left. it's was my second visit, because after doctor’s prescribed medicine, my problem got worse. That's why I had to came back week later. Will never go back or recommend

READ A REVIEW ABOUT THEM AND IT WAS RIGHT ON . I HAD AN APPTMNT FOR TODAY ONCE I ARRIVED THEY INFORMED ME THAT PRE PAYMENT IS DUE. I INFORMED THEM THAT MYNINSURANCE CO SAYS NO,ONCE U RECVE A BILL FROM INSURANCE THEN U PAY WHAT IS DUE. THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES WANT YOU TO PAY IN ADVANCE. I CALLED AETNA AND WAS INFORMED GGAT GHIS IS NOT AN ALLOWABLE PRACTICE. WHEN I ASKED THE OFFICE WHY THEY DO NOT INFORM U IN ADVANCE TO COMING THERE THEY RESPOND BY SAYING THAT THEY DO MOT KNOW UR COVERAGE INTILLBUBGET THERE ,ANOTHER LIE SONCE THEY ASK FOR UR INSURANCE WHEN U MAKE AN APPOINTMENT .STAY AWAY UNLESS U HAVE ALOT OF MONEY. THEY EXPEXT TO CHARGE U IN FULL PRIOR TO WAITING FOR UR INSURANCE COMPANY TO SEND A LETTER OF BENEFIT DUE.!!

My first time visiting the office and meeting Dr Seidman, today, was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and very professional. The doctor was both conversational and medically savvy. I was concerned about a recent change in my vision and Dr Seidman was very through in checking and finding it's cause. She explained my new condition well and was supportive about what to expect going forward. I'm definitely going to stick with her and I actually suggested to my husband that he switch to her as well. She also has a gentle touch when giving the drops and working the equipment. Positive A+ review!

Carly Seidman is an excellent retina doctor with all the right equipment to fully analyze your eyes and make the right diagnosis. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She explains her findings to you extremely well. She has an excellent memory of your eyes. She can predict future problems with your eyes. Her staff is very friendly. Her waiting room is very clean and comfortable. Her office is easy to get to with public transportation.
