Good Agency never had a problem with them had 5 years being a CDPAS and never has no issue thinking going back to the agency to work
The people at Edison Home Health Care are very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike Schwebel the Call Center Manager is there to help you with any issue or question you may have. Every time I've called him he either picks up or calls you that same day and has always helped me with my problem or question. I'm very happy I enrolled my parents with this company.
Absolutely horrible service. Understaff. Lack of customer care. They lie about the care they give their clients. They allow their employees to come to work under the influence of alcohol and marajuana to care for our elderly. They allow their aides to leave in the middle of a 24 hours and threatens to send the client to the hospital so their aide can leave. They don’t like to pay their aides overtime even though they are understaff! I will be leaving them soon!
The people in this company are fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike Schwebel the centers manager is always available to help you resolve any issue immediately. I'm so happy I enrolled my parents with this company. I know they are in good hands.

This agency a hired but have no job am not working , and one coordinator there agathina don't have no manner she shouting at me don't know how to speak to the aide them .
Klara L. is an outstanding coordinator,very nice,polite,knowledgeable and supportive. She always answers her phone if the need arises and always going out of her way to help her workers, and the people they serve.We need more people like her.Thank you Klara very much for going above and beyond your duties to help others. The call center manager Michael Schwebel is literally rude. When you ask him a question he hangs up and then you get 7 emails and when you say to stop he starts messaging back calling names and being sarcastic and when you complain to his boss he makes threats he is literally harrassing a cancer patient. I have all the emails as proof to back this up. I wouldn’t tecommemd even calling this company or giving them your email as you will just end up more upset and stressed than when you started looking for help.
Stage 4 cancer patient and I inquired online and some man called me instantly, he had no knowledge of what an hmo entails and wanted to switch me to a plan that would end up not covering my oncology visits. When I pointed it out to him he got an attitude and said "call them then" I then called human resources to repot him and they didn't want to be bothered. I would never trust anyone who would treat a human being that way sick or not.
My experience has been excellent.

Bird dropping service.few good. majority need training Stephanie coordinator need to be terminated asap then call then the agency would bother the aide to tell them the list of medication sounds a nurse RN job they have no respect for there aides nor the client. few diligent aides.majority are horrible one left got s guy random guy brought him to my place and announce the aide and the random guy will lift me up. i told her u do not pick people up u hurt your back another aide was praying and 911 responders was at the door all about the money skill jobs=SKILL MONEY MINIUM WORK MINIUM MONEY $15.00 HR IS LOW MINIMUM WAGES COST LIVING HAS GONE UP MY ADVISE TO THE FEW THAT a DID A GOOD JOB GO HIGHER IN THE HEALTH FIELD todaysince tape conversations kadesh coordinator 7june20 talking while myself irate customer. Lousy communication, billed when no CDPAP services were given. After relative lost her case supervisor at Edison, there was no replacement given. From then it took calling recurrently for weeks in order to get a confirmation that they did not have a replacement home attendant available. Shameful.
i just stated with this agency and already looking into changing.... honestly wouldn’t recommend anymore.. they refuse to help...
They are very unprofessional towards their employees(health care workers) and family members; especially a worker that goes by the name of Abigail. They never return calls, will send two workers at the same time for a case; meaning they are not communicating with one another in the organization, and/or in many occasions will leave their client without an aid. Despite the various complaints about their employees lack of professionalism, they continue to display ghetto fabulous behaviors. The entire place is a mess. They need to revamp the organization. Their employees display no respect and/or empathy for the elderly and/or their family members. They should be investigated.
I Believe Edison is a Great Business too work for ,They have stood by me for going on 2 years,I will Continue raght on thru,I love bein a Home Caregiver too Dad who's home with me ,hes 88 years young I will Continue working with Edison Home Health care.There Staff has Been helpful and kind
