Doctor's work fine, but the billing is questionalbe. Said they could do routine eye exams. Report said "patient came for general checkup". But submitted the claim as non-routine and sent me a bill for $255. Explanation on the phone: "We ophthalmologists are not allowed to bill for routine eye exams". Written response: "The best advice we can give you: for a routine eye exam go to an optometrist." But I had been seeing an ophthalmologist for annual routine eye exams all these years till he retired, and the exams were all 100% covered by insurance as preventive. The best advive I can give you, Doctor, is don't make a promise if you have no intention to keep it in the first place.

Dr might be good but management not professional. They're not advising people that they relocated then when you show up in the right place front desk tells you sorry we do not have your previous record you have to start all over again. excuse me? this is medical office who lost your medical record and you have to start again who need this... Would not go again

Dr. Rubinchik and his associate Avi are really wonderful, very knowledgeable with great bedside manners. I would highly recommend Doctor and his staff. The reception desk, however, needs an improvements

I have bad diabetes and made an appointment to see a Retna specialist. Been coming here for years. The appointment was made over a month in advance. They call me after 7 pm the night before my appointment to tell me that they have a new police which requires a referral from my primary care doctor. My vision is deteriorating and I had to wait over a month and then they tell me this the night before my appointment. When I complained the lady tells me get mad at your insurance not at us. Will never go to this place again. This is how they treat their patients. They don’t care the night before my appointment. Wow.

This is Anna Nash.Dr Rubinchik performed a miracle. I've been suffering with bad vision since ten and almost lost it at 50, but I have a perfect vision now and am feeling divine. Thank you! Many blessings.

Great ophthalmologist, very Knowledgeable. He explained in clarity my Kerataconus problem. His staff is wonderful and are all pros. I highly recommend This doctor to everyone.

Dr Rubinchik & his staff are amazing! They were able to squeeze me in when I had an irritation in my eye & reassured me that everything was fine. The front desk was very helpful & patient. Sandra & Nick were very friendly, knowledgeable, & kept me calm the whole time. Dr.Rubinchik himself is a great doctor & I would recommend to anyone who needs a good opthamologist!
