I don't understand how this guy has good reviews. The wait times are loooong. Even when you finally get into the room, the dentist is still going from room to room seeing multiple patients during appointment times so I ended up being there for 3 hours! Also, he didn't even do a good job! Don't waste your time or money and go somewhere else.

This dentist is beyond the best !!! I came in for two broken teeth and had a wedding to attend the next weekend. And they helped me so quick !!! I was able to get a consultation and get my teeth fixed the very next day. And they proved we’re sooo great !!!!!! Came here for the first time for my 6-month checkup and dental cleaning, and I’m so glad I did! The office is super high-tech and modern, and you can really tell that everyone here enjoys what they do. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Bartov is my new dentist.

I’ve been through a lot in my life — more than most people probably realize. So many painful experiences, so many moments that left me feeling scared, unseen, and misunderstood. Even with dentists, doctors, and different specialists, I’ve faced so much trauma that it became hard to trust anyone new. Every appointment felt like walking into another reminder of everything I had already been through. But this time was different. They made me feel safe. They took the time to really listen, to reassure me, and to walk me through every step with patience and kindness. They didn’t judge me or make me feel like a burden — they accepted me for who I am and met me right where I was. It’s not easy to find that kind of genuine care, especially after going through so much. But I did, and I’m so thankful I gave them a chance. I’ve been seeing Dr. Anatoly Bartov and Maria for about 10 years, and their care has been outstanding. I’m very sensitive and usually nervous about dental procedures, but they’re always patient, gentle, and reassuring. I’ve had multiple procedures done, and they always work quickly and efficiently — I experience no pain and no stress. Truly the best dental care experience ever!

Dr. Anatoly Bartov is amazing! He extracted my tooth quickly and with no pain at all. The clinic is clean, modern, and the staff is very kind. Highly recommend!

If I could, I would give zero star. Please save yourself from nervous snd losing your time snd money. They do not care about your teeth. At first visit the doctor talks to you nice and convinces that he is almost “the best dentist” in NYC, but once they get your money that is it. They do not want to deal with you. This is not a fake review, I don’t normally write bad reviews. I paid $1600 for treatment that is taking over a month (Redicilous) to finish. Oh, if you ever get there do not even talk or eye contact with the big woman with long fake lashes, at the reception. She is your enemy. She thinks people are rich. She has no clue that for some people $300 is big money. She takes things personally and will keep your stuff late purposely. They should know that people pay hard earned money and that every tooth of your own is priceless. I regret the day I stepped in to that place, my tooth could have been treated by now. Also they never pick up their phone if know you are calling to ask about your teeth.
