We had the best experience at Essesmile, and I highly recommend this office and team. I was dreading taking my girls (ages 3 and 5) to the dentist, but Dr. Nasseh and her staff made it such a pleasurable experience. Start with the décor. This is honestly one of the most beautiful dental offices I’ve ever seen! Not only is it stylish, every detail of this space is designed for kids, including little doors and secret passageways. My kids loved the office and immediately starting exploring the adorable waiting room. We were welcomed by Jose, who made check-in painless and then did a puppet show for the kids! Once the kids were with Dr. Nasseh, she immediately connected with the girls. She was patient and took the time to explain every step of the exam and cleaning to them making the girls feel comfortable and in control. She also took the time to discuss any concerns I had and offer some tips on how to develop flossing habits. The girls were thrilled with their “prizes”, including the chicest colorful bamboo toothbrushes that they are now obsessed with. This is truly a great addition to the Dumbo area.

This office is extremely welcoming. The charming atmosphere significantly helps make your visit a pleasant experience, knowing that most kids dread going to the dentist. Both Dr. Nasseh and Dr Attaie are excellent in communicating the details with parents, and their staff and hygienists are super kind and professional, especially when it comes to the kids. I highly recommend the essesmile Pediatric Dental.

My kids have been going to essesmile (hello smile) since they were babies (over 8 years now) and we have had fantastic experiences every time. From cleanings every six months and x-rays once a year, to fillings, special treatments and even a tooth extraction, the experience has always been the best it can be. Dr. Nasseh always explains everything they do in a clear manner and our whole family care is her upmost concern. The kids absolutely trust her and there has never been any tears. Jose has always been responsive and caring when we call, set up appointments, and email. The new DUMBO location is absolutely gorgeous! The waiting area is comfy with cute chairs for the kids and movies always playing to entertain. The exam rooms are calming and beautiful. The take home “goodie” bag has been updated so there’s no plastic waste. The toothbrushes are wooden and everything comes wrapped in paper. This place is absolutely the best.
