Very pleasant, comforting and willing to answer any or all questions you may have. He will put you at ease if you’re feeling anxious and he’s very concerned for you in that moment. He gives you his undivided attention. I would recommend him to a friend or relative. I was a bit disappointed at having scheduled my appointment for a procedure , at 2:45pm, and then being called to push it back, or if I could come in earlier. I chose to come earlier but was told to get there before 12. I was called at 10am. I quickly showered and rushed over in the heatwave nonetheless and when I had started to walk to the office at 11:30am, I was called and informed that my doctor had to leave. I was told that possibly at 1:30 he would return to attend to me. So then I went to the office to wait and let the front desk know I had arrived. Time went on but still no word about what time I was actually going to do the procedure . I finally went to the front desk an inquired what was going on. Finally the nurse and assistant explained to me what was happening and that the doctor had two emergencies that had come about that morning. I told them I was frustrated because I hadn’t eaten anything all day assuming I wasn’t allowed to eat in preparation for the procedure. They offered me snacks and beverages first, but then insisted that I go and eat and come back. The staff was very apologetic once they realized I hadn’t eaten and having to wait that whole time. By the time I returned the nurse came and took me into the room to get me comfortable and situated for the doctor who was on his way. When Dr George arrived he began by profusely apologizing for the chaos. He explained about the emergencies that had come up. I then told him I understood because emergencies do happen and schedules get changed all the time. He put me at ease, the nurse ensured that I was comfortable, and he began the procedure all the while answering any questions I had. He made sure to inquire of my level of comfort once he had given me the local anesthesia in the areas where the procedures were being done. Anytime he had to pull or tug a little harder he asked if it made me feel uncomfortable or if I felt any pain. I was allowed to play music from my phone to help calm my anxiety and that was definitely a comfort. He made sure to give me a step by step explanation of what he was doing. When he was finally done, he explained that he would see me for a follow up in two weeks, informed me that he was prescribing me antibiotics and how to manage the pain should I have any. He told me to take my time and relax if I needed to before leaving and wished me a good evening. After all the chaos during that morning, I left there feeling relieved and satisfied that I had finally received the procedure that was needed for a very long time. I don’t regret choosing LIPS and Dr George.

I'm truly blessed, and the Lord placed surgeons like Dr. Finny in my life to remind me of His favour, I cannot express my gratitude enough for such an awesome job pre-op, during and post-op, thank you for choosing to have me as your patient and for going above and beyond to give me the confidence I needed during this challenging process; this was my FIRST surgery and your incredible professionalism, amazing compassion and comprehensive care truly impacted my life; you introduced me to surgical techniques and innovations that I never thought of and I am so fortunate to be able to flaunt your adept.

Dr Finny don’t know he made me feel a little at ease went in to inquire about my loose skin after losing so much weight. Dr and his staff was great and made me Feel apart of the family. Would recommend off of that interaction….

I can't say enough good things about Dr. George. He is a caring highly skilled plastic surgeon. I was fortunate to have him on my surgical team. On the day of my surgery and throughout all post op appointments, he was compassionate and exceedingly patient with me. I had a great deal of anxiety about my surgery and, as a result, had many questions. I'm so appreciative of how patiently he answered every one of them. He was never rushed and always displayed a pleasant demeanor. He possesses the perfect balance of expert professionalism, kindness and care. I highly recommend Dr. George, he is an excellent physician in all regards.

Dr George is amazing! My young son had a terrible eyelid injury during a sporting event on a Saturday. Dr George came in to treat my son immediately and what an unbelievable job he did. Not only did he put my son at ease, he was so upset and nervous given the injury, but he did his magic. Dr. George’s amazing bedside manner and professionalism, calmed my son and our family, and repaired his injury. My son felt “nothing and wasn’t scared at all”, but only after Dr George put him at ease. He is 3 1/2 weeks post injury and there is minimal evidence of his eyelid needing such extensive repair. We couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. George. He is an outstanding professional and a genuinely caring human being.

Dr.George is excellent. He really listens to your concerns, has a calming bedside manner and will give you his honest opinion to help you make a decision that is best for you. He liposuctioned my arms which were quite large. I am almost two weeks post op and I am extremely pleased with my results. From consultation to surgery everything was handled with care. After my procedure, he called to me to check in and address any concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. George to anyone looking for a great plastic surgeon.

Dr. George is such a delight. He wasn't even my primary surgeon (because I had spine surgery) but he was responsible for closing my very long incision. He did a beautiful job cosmetically. My fear was getting an infection, and I am 2 week post op and my incision is completely closed, thin and flat. Dr. George is a fabulous plastic surgeon.

Surgery Date 3/24/22 Dr. George Finny was 1 of 5 plastic surgeons that I consulted with. 4 of whom were less (not by much) expensive than Dr. George (cheap is not always the best) I’ve chosen Dr. George because of the way he thoroughly explained the whole process. I was nervous going into consult and even the thought of having this surgery but I was at ease and comfortable with having my tummy tuck and lipo 360 once the consult was over. Dr. George’s credentials and reviews also highly impacted my decision. * Day of procedure: 5 hrs later I was out of surgery and in very minimal pain. Keep in mind I had the exparel shot. * Day 2: no pain in abdomen or incision site from tummy tuck. Lipo pain was level 8 (back and flanks) which is expected. This day I took 2 oxycodone and slept most of the day. Got up to use the bathroom and back to the recliner. * Day 3: only Lipo pain managed with Oxycodone. * Day 4: changes started to happen. No more oxycodone needed. Tylenol here and there. Pain was manageable. * Day 5 to today Day 16: pain level 3, I’m able to do light chores and my incision looks amazing. My belly button is turning out amazing as well. * By day 16 I’ve had 8 lymphatic massages that helped a lot in the recovery process. Today my last 2 drains were removed. * I’m extremely satisfied with my results and I know that I’m still very swollen so I am ecstatic to see my results one most of the swelling subside. * I highly recommend Dr. George Finny. He is truly a craftsman when it comes to giving you that nice shape. * I gave all the details above to show how easy recovery was having this surgery with a doctor that truly knows the ins and out of what he’s doing. * I must also recognize the nurses and anesthesiologist that was on staff that day. They were all truly amazing.
