You have no idea the things I heard from doctors this year: "Just stop thinking about it." But I feel it. "The more you feel it the worse you'll imagine it is." Whaaat ? "All you need to do is just Kegels." No. "I don't know ... I'm a urologist but I see mostly men." (But you're a woman ... don't you know what's in there?) If you're researching pelvic floor therapy in Brooklyn like I was a year ago, just know you found it! I don't know where I would be without Erin at Flow. Months after being struck by a van, I was post-whiplash with constant vertigo and a hypertonic pelvic floor. It took multiple doctor visits to find one who diagnosed my pelvic floor issues and told me to find a pelvic floor therapist. And then I found Erin at Flow. She has made a huge difference for me with both pelvic floor therapy AND releasing my tight fascia in my neck and tmj, which is helping me out of the "woods" with my vertigo. (Did you know your jaw and your pelvic floor are connected by fascia? Who knew ?) You think pelvic floor therapy might be weird and embarrassing, but Erin makes the whole experience feel totally ok. She is well-trained, experienced, insightful, and just really good at what she does. (I can give you a LIST of doctors NOT to go to ... but if you need a pelvic floor therapist, you'll just need this ONE.)
Huge fan, highly recommend. Went for treatment postpartum, and was able to accelerate that healing as well as address some other related issues and gained strength and confidence much faster. Jane was fantastic -though I think everyone is! :)
Dr. Erin Weber embodies the best qualities in a physical therapist, including skillfulness, education, compassion and the determination to address the root causes of pain. She's a great listener and always focuses her interventions on improving my quality of life. She keeps up-to-date on the treatment of male pelvic pain and collaborates easily with other medical providers. Even though the active phase of my treatment is over, she continues to express genuine interest in my well-being and has been generous with helping me with follow-up documentation. Overall, she is a fantastic physical therapist and an all-around wonderful person. Renee at the front desk is a welcoming and consistent presence. She's super efficient with scheduling, billing and insurance. She responds to questions and messages immediately. The Flow Physical Therapy offices are a calming and pleasant environment. I recommend their services 100%!
Erin is the best. Every part of the experience with flow is fantastic. The space is beautiful, Erin is both highly skilled and exceptionally kind. Highly recommend coming here for the care you are looking for. You will be in excellent hands.
I don’t know where I would be without Erin at Flow. Months after being stuck by a van, I was post-whiplash with constant vertigo and a hypertonic pelvic floor. It took multiple doctor visits to find one who diagnosed my pelvic floor issues and told me to find a pelvic floor therapist. Enter:Erin. She has made a huge difference for me with both pelvic floor therapy AND releasing my tight fascia in my neck and tmj, which is helping me out of the “woods” with my vertigo. (Did you know your jaw and your pelvic floor are connected by fascia? Who knew ?) You think pelvic floor therapy will be weird and embarrassing, but Erin makes the whole experience feel totally ok. I can’t believe how long I went without a doctor suggesting physical therapy. Don’t think twice … you have found a great one here. Just don’t take ALL the appointments … I still need her.
I had a GREAT!! and successful experience at Flow. Molly, my therapist, was competent with a phenomenal skill set. Being a female 60+ I was a bit nervous and hesitant starting Pelvic PT. Entering the practice, I was immediately put at ease by the attentive staff, starting with Renee at the front. Besides Molly, special thanks to Erin who answered all my questions and expedited the start of my treatment.
I worked with Jane at Flow postpartum and I cannot say enough good about my experience! I was very active prior to pregnancy and had to quit running early in my pregnancy due to pain. I went to a big box PT outfit all through my pregnancy and just wasn’t seeing any impact or the individualized attention I needed. Working with Jane postpartum I noticed an impact immediately, and within a few months was not only pain free and starting to run again but honestly felt like my form was better on exercises I had been doing for years prior to pregnancy. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience- I will definitely be back for any PT needs in the future and can’t recommend Jane enough!
Erin and the team at Flow are truly the best. They personalize your treatment and truly care so much about you. Extremely welcoming and comfortable environment. 20/10 recommend! I’ve never found a better PT practice!
Excellent experience with Erin doing prenatal pelvic floor therapy. Highly recommend.
What a wonderful experience. I felt frustrated because of my health challenges and was lucky to find Flow. Everything was beautiful - the office, the communications, the care I received. Dr. Jane Chin is everything we all deserve in a medical professional. She is attentive and fantastic at listening and getting to the route of the problem, being thorough with her questions, thinking holistically across physical and mental health, and tracking how I was progressing during treatment. I appreciated that her plan was practical, and she was responsive and adaptable and explained what was happening and why and how the exercises and lifestyle changes could help. I never felt ‘talked down to’ - she is extremely respectful, kind, warm and caring. When you’re a woman, you often feel the healthcare system doesn’t know how to treat and respect you, but I felt like I had a true partner in my care who navigated from her heart as much as her head. After the first session, I let her know how incredibly empowered I felt; after a follow-up session, we reached such a good place I can manage things independently because I have a greater understanding of the challenges and way forward, and that’s entirely due to Jane. A great physician doesn’t just treat you, they respect you as a human. Thank you for helping me feel empowered, respected, and healthy again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
