I am a return client at Forward Physical Therapy, because I was very satisfied with my previous experience, but I have new issues now. I am especially satisfied with my therapist, Swathy. However, on occasion, I have worked with some of the other therapists and they have all been good.

I came in with a Scapular dyskinesis on my right side of my shoulder and Swathi helped me strengthen my scapular which enabled me to start working out again not only did I get treated for this issue but my form has been corrected for all the workouts ii have been doing, Thank you Swathi ! I appreciate your help and tips on how to maintain balance strength on my shoulders blades Everyone is very friendly and helpful , awesome atmosphere Definitely the Best PT in town!

Back in Dec 2024 I hurt my back so much so I wasn't able to walk let alone get up without immense pain. Fast forward to healing enough to get up and schedule an appointment end of March 2025. Dr. Swathi not only evaluated me effectively in identifying the root cause of my back pain in our first appointment, the following TWO appointments I felt a HUGE difference. In other words, my back pain decreased significantly and I am able to perform more everyday life functions, like walking, again with significantly more ease. I am so thankful for physical therapy and Dr. Swathi. She not only has great bedside manners, she is encouraging and uplifting in moments I feel frustrated and defeated. She has faith that I'll improve so much so that I have started to believe (& now see it!) myself. Would recommend highly.
