Came after a doctor recommended PT for chronic back pain (too much time at my desk). Would definitely recommend this place to others. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, especially my two PTs, Richard and Jed, who gave me lots of new exercises that I hadn’t tried or heard of. 5 stars.

My Husband Thomas have been coming here for the past week and the staff are so welcoming, Richard, Jazmine and Elizabeth give us hope , joy and happiness by coming in and seeing their beautiful smile it is so warm and welcoming. They’re basically Polish because they greet us in polish

I can’t say enough great things about Richard, Jasmin and Elizabeth at Greenpoint Fresh Pond. I have been coming to Fresh Pond for several issues over the years from Hip Replacement to my current ankle issue. Richard put me on a regime that strengthened all the muscles in my legs and gradually became more challenging. Now that I am done, I will miss the family atmosphere the staff has created here. Try them!

So I really wanted to give this place a five star review. The front desk staff at this location are almost always amazing people. The pt person is amazing as well. Really amazing. I would totally recommend doing pt with her. That being said, billing issues not resolved in over 5 months has led me to have to weigh down the review appropriately due to my experience as a customer. I have emailed billing and received no updates to date. I also had one experience with a know-it-all bad attitude rep berating me for not knowing anything(read: she thought she had the higher ground to belittle me) Your mileage may vary, but while the pt experience was wonderful, expect pain in the billing department. I’m sorry I couldn’t give them a 5 star review. The pt person really deserved it. She really did, but was let down by her employer.
