I had a procedure today, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment and the consultation with the doctor were both easy. The procedure itself was straightforward and clearly explained. I was at the Bay Ridge location and in and out in under 90 minutes. Thank you—I'm no longer afraid of getting a colonoscopy.

I have been a patient for over a year and have had a very good experience with Dr. Hanna and the rest of the staff. Nurse Veronica was especially helpful with my SIBO test, guiding me through the process.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this office has been extremely frustrating. For several weeks, I've been trying to get a pre-authorization for a medication needed for my colonoscopy preparation. Despite multiple calls, I keep hearing the same response -- that they will "follow up with the coordinator," but nothing actually gets done. There is no option to submit a complaint through the patient portal, and emails go unanswered. As a patient, this lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when it delays necessary medical care. The doctor may be good, but the office management is very disorganized and unresponsive. Because of this experience, I am seriously reconsidering having my procedure done here. I hope the office improves its communication and takes patient concerns more seriously.

The wait time is crazy .My husband had a 11AM appointment and still there almost two hours after . Place was almost empty and he was still there . No respect for time . people have work . What’s worst he was parked on the meter.
