Dr. Yalena is awesome! She listens to me & assures me that things will get better with my situation in time. She is relatable & compassionate. I am going through some heavy issues & she remembers the details. I feel seen & supported by her. Thank you for the excellence that she brings to my life. Initial call to make the appointment was fine. First visit is the last visit. The doctor thought I was there for meds only. He even stepped away from his office to listen to the call I made. When he returned he said I was very clear on the phone that I did not want meds and no virtual appointments. He apologized and said I would receive a refund for the appointment. Even after the staff knew I was not returning I received a virtual appointment reminder. No virtual appointments. I have called to cancel that appointment and inquire about the refund, both calls were not productive. Sad.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Olga. She was very communicative, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and explaining everything clearly. Her professionalism combined with her friendly demeanor made my televisit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Olga .

Dr. Yelena Goldfeld is amazing. She listened to my issues and recognized exactly what I needed. I was able to research my condition while she was online and ask questions. We then came up with a 1st step solution. I'm looking forward to living a healthier life!
