I REPEAT don't send your love ones here THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEM I had my father there because of their NEGLIGENCE he developed bedsores and he just looked like he was being ABUSED in there and they even lost his clothes in there(WHERE'S HIS CLOTHES AT MARIA ?)it pains me deeply to even write this but im going to let everyone know not to send love ones there PLEASE As im looking this is a bad place for sick family members enough you have to worry about the health now there well being there too hopefully someone steps in to stop this place for hurting more families if you haven't noticed they won't respond to address these issues cause they know what is going on in there place. I was a private aid for a day at at this facility it was the worst place I ever experienced in my life the type of abuse and neglect that goes on in this place is unreal

Shanice was great help. With my grandmother getting older I was the one caring for her which took up a lot of my time. I also work full time so it was becoming difficult to care for her. Shanice assisted me with so much I can’t even thank her enough.

Perfect place for brunch. My sangria was delicious, my omelette was tasty, prices reasonable and our waiter was very nice. Though the decor is dated, it was clean and nicely spacious.

I walked in to get information for my mom. I am looking into assisted living for her as she is aging alone and lonely at home. I was introduced to the director of community relations, Joan. She was warm and welcoming in a very genuine way. She gave me clear information and answered all my questions regarding what to expect when my mom would live there. I pray everything works out well for mom to move in and if Joan was just a preview of what to expect here, then we have a lot of good things to look forward to with my mother’s moving in to Harborview.

They should hire a better receptionist. When you call that place, your call will go to the answering machine. Not helpful!
