Врач, очень приятный и разобрался в моей проблеме, мигрени стали приходить реже. Но есть проблема с ожиданием. Несмотря на предварительную запись приходится долго ждать. Запись на 11:30, ждала целый час, чтобы получить свои готовые результаты. Не организована очередность. Если вы цените свое время, то не советую, так как невозможно спланировать, сколько времени вы тут проведите.

I visited Dr. Khelemsky 4 years ago, he is the best in his field, attentive to his patients, his diagnosis are always very correct which is proved by test results. In my case he diagnosed me and started immediate treatments, which avoided health problems and saved me. I’m more that thankful!

Front desk is rude, unprofessional, they don't know how to fix issues, they don't know computers, my electronic referral was there however they had a nerve to tell me they do not see it, ridiculous, as of result I had to leave and not seen by a doc who heard it and never step in. Would not recommend this office, there are plenty others who do care of patients

I went today and didn’t have to wait long, the front desk was very helpful because I forgot my wallet which had my ID and some other important things like my insurance card. Luckily I had a picture of my card on my phone. I was very impressed with the tests ran on me. I seen two doctors, two techs and took multiple tests! Very informative and polite I really left better than when I came in. Thank you!

very bad front desk personality very rude and unprofessional very rude staff, do not answer patient's question properly. I beg the managers please of this office to change rude personality on the front desk, since we are visiting a neurologist and this affects our health. a girl named Elena did not want to answer my questions and said that she would not serve me because I did not know English, she was also rude to me on the phone saying that this is America and everyone should speak English. After I called several times she did not translate me into Russian speaking staff. I wanted to write a statement on her from the fact that she touched on the topic of the nation. I ask you to take the necessary measures regarding Elena, or I will have to write a statement to the police station.

im on hold just to ask a front desk question over 25 minutes now. so unprofessional . if you care about your time and want real treatment , do not go here !! they keep you there long so they can use a higher code to bill money of your insurance !!! bad operating office

terrible and rude staff, you can hear in their voice that they are annoyed by even picking up the phone. The doctors just get their license so they can bill, they do not care about the patients. show some care towards your patients that bring you the business .
