My grandmother has been a patient here as of recently. She was supposed to have a telemedicine visit with the doctor. The appointment was rescheduled 3 times for a fairly urgent matter. After the third rescheduling, the doctor never called her, the office never let her know that he was running late or would cancel and she sat by phone for 5 hours waiting and anxious. The following day when she called the office, they couldn’t even bother to apologize or connect her to the doctor to make up for the missed appointment. Very disorganized office, and bad communication with patients- which for a specialty as urgent as hematology is extremely irresponsible, unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. I have been seeing Dr. Bloch for around six years now. My last appointment August 20, 2020.The level of professionalism Exhibited by the doctor and his staff rate five stars. It does not matter whether you are there in person or over the phone! They are fabulous! The doctor is methodical, gives you the time that you need and his staff follows suit! You will not find better care anywhere!

GO LUCK TRYING TO PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT. I WAS TOLD TO SEND A CHECK OR BRING CASH TO THE OFFICE.

My office visit with Dr Blokh was very positive. I found Dr Blokh to be very knowledgable and he spent time going over my blood test results and explaining everything to me in detail and the treatment plan. He was very caring.
