The WORST dentist you could go to! I got here 30 minutes before the door opened and I still had to wait 5 hours to be serviced. They're so slow and have no urgency for the patients.
I am completely blown away that they have waited till the day before my root canal to tell me it's been canceled since the dr didn't send my care plan over to insurance. This is the 4TH TIME they have canceled me. It's been almost a year trying to get a root canal at this dump. They don't care about your health whatsoever. I have literally cried in the office from pain and all they do is give a fake smile and then schedule a fake appointment. Don't waste your time. Already have a lawyer looking into it.
I had a lot of bad experiences there it like they just don't care tell the how much pain u in what going on still say can't do nothing for u till u set a appointment 6 weeks later then when u do they will reschedule not call u to tell u or remind u of your rescheduled appointment it sad they the only dentist in the community we need better
By far the worse dentist. Horrible customer service. I wish no one will go here. Please shut this place down!
I've had the worst experience-In addition to my routine dental, I was planning for partial dentures. My insurance offers quarterly dental allowance, which $2000+ I lost in 2002 because of Interfaith. --There were long time periods in-between scheduling appointments, and when I finally made it to an appointment many times my appointments were cancelled/and or rescheduled--so X-rays had to be re-done. In most cases I saw someone new, so Doctors were often not familiar with my dental work or records-- When I finally thought I was on my way to beginning work on my partials, starting with impressions--the procedure was stopped because according to their records my insurance wasn't good. I contacted my insurance, and was told that all they had to do is resubmit a claim--it was because of the timing that it was denied (probably because of the long time period in-between visits) I contacted the person responsible for submitting claims and instead of taking my word and simply resubmitting the claim she said she would call my insurance company herself and get back to me. I waited weeks, both calling, and going in-person--and it seemed that this person was never available. To add to this confusion which went on for weeks--leading into months--they stopped giving appointments. Eventually I found out that their computers were hacked and they couldn't operate. I understand that this was beyond their control, but if I hadn't had the problems that occurred before the hacking I could have gotten some work done. Now it is 2023, a new year, and last year's allowance is wasted--I visited the office today to see about scheduling a new appointment, and then am told They NO longer accept my insurance. So in addition to all the wasted time, and having two wisdom teeth (that were NOT bothering me) pulled out in preparation for the partial dentures I have to find a NEW dentist. ***Note: my services were at the Bedford Avenue location
Absolutely appalling service here, they are playing with peoples lives and don't give a hoot. They constantly reschedule your appointments without telling you. Contact you with last minute calls a day before your appointments and when you try to call them they never EVER answer their phones. Then when you go you sit around for 3 to 4 hours for them to ask YOU "why didn't you say anything?!" Absolutely disgusting. They should be shut down.
GHETTO! This dentist is a job! I literally sat in here and heard the receptionist laugh and joke about a patient who couldn't speak English, so distasteful. RUN! Don't go here!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let's start with making an appt. Please be prepared to wait more than 3 to 4 weeks to get an actual date assigned - when in actuality, the place is pretty much empty when you get there for your appt. Next up, the services. Please note: this is a teaching practice. You will most likely be seen by medical interns and the actual doctor will come in for 5 min to look at your xray and decide if the intern is correct. the doctors will not even give you any fucking acknowledgement, nor will they know your name. after 3 visits, i made the decision to say to the doctor, 'hello' bc they won't say a damn thing to you. the interns are nice enough, but they are learning. here's what this place should do: replace the front desk. it is clear they are working to solve for scheduling as many patients as THEY want to process in an 8 hour day. facilities are clean but you actually never get to see an actual MD. i have no qualms with a teaching clinic, but the doctors should lead the exam and the interns should shadow the doctor. clearly, not a single fuck is given about the patient, which in most cases are living day by day. they have summarily decided that we don't matter. luckily the interns are still at a point where they care, but you get the sense that the intern is doing homework for the teacher to check. shame on this place for even existing. perhaps this place should call it what it is: a teaching clinic. kinda like going to a hairdresser at a cosmetology school. this place should should be on a teaching campus somewhere. avoid by all means. shame on you interfaith.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
