Dr. Jackie Jones is the best! I have referred many of my pediatric speech therapy clients to Dr. Jackie Jones and they all have an incredible experience. She is knowledgeable, proactive and takes the time to call me to discuss speech goals related to her ENT expertise.

I've been bringing my daughter to Dr. Jones since infancy. She now 15yrs old. We love the service. She has had several surgeries from infancy. Dr.Jones has done a Over the top job pertaining to our daughter. She will not go to anyone else. The staff in the office is pleasant, very knowledgeable as well. We recommend her services to our family members.

Dr Jones has been our family ENT for over 25 years, taking care of our children since they were infants. I visited recently for help with persistent ear infections triggered by a skin condition. She was very gentle and made me feel at ease throughout the entire exam and procedure. Dr Jones is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and has lovely bedside manner. The office is clean and the staff is professional and friendly.

The Best ENT Doctor ever. Once more I recently visited DrJones. She is wonderful, very helpful, caring and most of all make you feel so comfortable and welcoming. I will be lost with out this doctor. I have and will continue to refer my friends to her.

Dr. Jones, performed my daughter's Adenoidectomy on June 12, and I couldn't be more pleased by her attention and care throughout the process. She was very informative before and after the surgery. I appreciate the follow up phone call, as well. Happy mom and child, thanks to Dr. Jones

I enjoyed the waiting room experience being with the young and old among Dr. Jones’ patients although it was about a half hour wait. Dr. Jones, in turn, had thoughtful attention to listen to what I had to say during our appointment and respond with equal attention when I remembered something after we had finished. She also recommended natural remedies for ear itch and ear wax. The assistants were polite and actively contacted my insurance company to determine coverage for a test on my policy figuring in my deductible for me and everyone was respectful of the time frame I needed to work with.

Dr. Jones have been treating our 7 year old for about two years. She has helped him tremendously and her bedside manner is so tender and loving. I highly recommend her to other parents.
