Professionalism and Courtesy at this facility is obnoxious. Waited 22 minutes for appt for GYN clinic only to be told month and half is earliest appt. All the time I was on hold I had to listen to their background personal conversations and repeatedly asking what date I needed. I was not entertained. Believe me I understand the Covid thing is happening so all the more reason to be empathic and courteous. We are all in this together. Not......
Beware Annmarie Campbell, she is NEGLIGIENT. After my mother had a stroke, she is refusing to prescribe her necessary medication and is refusing to send a referral for outpatient rehabilitation.
The doctor prescribed 2 dangerous medications for my Father and did not monitor him and he died. NEVER GO THERE
Rushed my daughter to the ER I parked my car in the parking lot the man came in the ER looking for payment
This has got to be one of the worse hospitals . The staff is rude . They sit at the front and discuss patients medical and talk back about some of the patients . My nana passed away in this place . What is weird is she was doing so good . She had a stroke here movements and eye sight was getting better. Then couple of days later she passed away . She was in there for rehabilitation. I wish I knew the nurses etc... because lord knows. Then my mom was in there for rehabilitation and we made sure we changed our job schedule to make sure somebody was always up there. Now somebody I know mom is there and she is in ICU and the doctor she had she don't have no more. He calls all day these people know who he is . They are giving him a run around about who is her doctor , don't answer the phone or keep telling him to call back. He is trying to find out any info on his mom. They put him on hold then hang up. This lady is elderly with covid 19 . Today is Mother's Day and all he wants is to find out any info about his mom . These people should not be working in no field with people especially the health field. Its bad enough he can't see her. Now he has to deal with these rude people. People Is praising these health care workers like they are the only essential workers. If you don't have a car how are you getting to work bus or train. Who keep the trains clean . You serve you rude people food in fast food restaurants. Deal with these entitlement attitudes. I witnessed these rude attitude in Mc Donald's on Utica ave . I only gave 1 because they would not let me post if I didn't .
This is by far one of the worst hospitals I’ve been to. Although I’m not a patient but seem to be here often because of my husband, I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Right now I’m hoping to talk to him about switching hospitals period. How can a patient spend all day in an ER without being feed, then to be admitted just to seat for another 3 hours to be transported to the room. That’s highly ridiculous. Nurses always make it seem like they are overly busy to even answer a patient question and only move when you raise your voice. No one should be ignored when they are not well. They come for care, because if they could took care of the issue they would done it without making a trip to the ER... no one want to spend their entire day in an ER....the hospital on a whole needs to do better....
I will say this, if you dont die from your sickness....this facility will kill you!!!! This is by far thee worst hospital I've ever been to. The staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, non-attentive and have no compassion for the patients. My father (Unfortunately) is a patient here. The facility is extremely dirty and for the 4 days we've been here so far, I NEVER say anyone come and clean the rooms. I only see them dump the garbage, every few hours. I had to bathe him wveryday myself. I never see any of the nurses check on the patients, (even when they're screaming for help). One man was bedridden and was yelling for over 2 hours for someone to feed him. I had to go and get someone to help him. The doctors are never available to speak to you, and we were never given an update/status regarding my father's sickness. You're always diverted to another person to get "answers". I can go on and on and on....but I'm sure you get the point! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would ! These nurses are rude and they lie ! The doctors are slow af !!!!
I think this hospital beats kings county in poor service. Always you hear patients yelling and arguing with the medical staff, the food is sub-par, nowhere to get a quick bite to eat, vending machines are in need of a drastic upgrade in selection.
This hospital is the worst you sit in the emergency room and no attend you!! They tell you go too registration and no one at the window sat down for 45 minutes and no one never came my daughter was in pain won't recommend this hospital too a dog on the street

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
