They do not answer the phone, any of their 10 phone numbers, at any of their locations. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to make an appointment and no way of getting in touch, lol !

It’s always a pleasant place to visit. The results are working and couldn’t be happier. The nurses are professional and caring. The place is clean and presentable , and the receptionist are kind. The only thing that needs improvement is their answering service. I try to call to make changes to my appointment and the phone rings for hours with no response.

I had my first facial hair removal experience with Nicole.She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional. I have several more sessions to do so I HAVE to go back, but I'm glad it'll be with Nicole!!

I purchased a clear and brilliant package back in 2019 and had a great experience with staff every time. They are always so friendly and accommodating with scheduling and gave me a free session when there was a minor inconvenience. I had been considering cool sculpting but was very hesitant to take the plunge for financial reasons but Kelly F. was so helpful and patient with me during our zoom consultation. Her talking about her personal experiences with the treatment and taking her time in the explaining to me everything I would get out of purchasing during their sales event ultimately made me take the plunge and I’m really happy I did. I’m only a month out from my first treatment but I’m excited to see the end results. Also when I got the first treatment they were having technical issues and my appointment got pushed back an hour but the manager was extremely apologetic and gave me a free facial for the inconvenience even though it really wasn’t one. her an the technician (also amazing) clearly stayed late so that I could get it done that day. Excellent customer service all around.

This place gives off absolutely sunny vibes ☀️ I love Natalia & I would trust her with my LIFE. Karen & Vanessa at the desk are absolute delights! Everybody’s so transparent; like yeah it’s their job to sell these treatments but they really try their best to give you the best deal possible. 10/10, so happy they’re in my neighborhood 😊

The hospitality here is amazing! Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I’ve experienced 8 sessions for underarms, full legs, and full Brazilian and love the results. I see minimum hair growth and rarely have to shave. Azemina does an amazing job in making sure I’m comfortable and has a lot of patience with handling my treatments.

l had a mini lower face procedure a while ago and l was and am still really happy with the outcome. l really like Dr. C. and his entire staff. I'm now considering another, different procedure and Dr. C was the first professional l thought of to do it. I think that speaks to how highly l think of him.
