Lion Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to Lion Physical Therapy by Hospital For Special Surgery after undergoing surgery to reattach my hamstring, and I credit Dr. Andrew Moscatiello entirely for the strength I have regained in my left leg and my return to distance running. The care I received was specialized to the surgery I underwent, the progression of my recovery, and my goals as a runner. It was incredibly easy to book the appointments I needed, and have any questions answered or concerns addressed outside of my appointment times. I would encourage anyone seeking post-operative care to receive treatment from him, and Lion PT.

I've had the misfortune of going to multiple PTs over the years and Lion PT is hands down the best one outta all of them purely by the fact that the PT's only concern for the hour is you. So many other places hand you off to techs who are also overseeing other patients but not here. Dr. Andrew watched my every single rep on every single set jumping in with corrections when needed. I hurt my lower back and slowly but surely we were able to bring it back to strength. If (when?) I need another PT it's not even a question where I'm going. I'm seeing when Dr. Andrew's next availability is.

Lion PT is not only a lovely, welcoming space, the support they provide is extremely helpful. Andrew gave me a thorough assessment with detailed feedback, followed by exercises to strengthen and improve upon my weak or slightly injured areas. Marc is a fantastic PT. I have been working with him on two injuries (hand injury and ankle sprain/broken foot recovery). Sessions are 1-1, so the PT is with you the whole session. Marc is clear, knowledgeable, and flexible when it comes to prescribing exercises. He is also a climber so it has been great working with someone who is knowledgeable about the sport!

Had a recurring shoulder injury from rock climbing and desk work. Dr. Andrew was attentive and skilled at diagnosing the problem. He gave clear advice and an exercise program designed to fit my specific needs. I'm confident he can adapt the programs to wide variety of problems and goals. Mine specifically was to eliminate pain and grow stronger in my climbing. I felt very taken care of. Follow up from Dr Andrew was great. Facilities were clean, organized, and professional. They featured state of the art therapy equipment. Received good soft tissue work to address the issue.

I had a shoulder injury from climbing, a sport that previous physical therapists seemed to be clueless about. Marc knew exactly what to do and helped me get back on the wall quickly. Plus he gave me a good routine to prevent injury in the future, and now I'm climbing harder than ever!
