Very professional and caring. The primary doctor now for all 4 of my family members. Always adresses all the medical conditions, medication reconciliation. The staff is also amazing. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to address all our needs, referrals, paperwork.

Wow...what a terrible experience. To be fair, I never was truly seen by Dr. Gudi, but the way the practice is run is enough for me to never want to interact with them again.I scheduled an appointment w/ Dr. Gudi's office. It was pretty smooth. However, when I showed up for my appointment, the secretary gave me a weird look and informed me that Dr. Gudi wasn't in that day. Another fairly nice woman took me in to an office and told me that Dr. Gudi was at a different office that day. She called that office and put me on the phone with a woman who proceeded to berate me that she had explained that my appointment was at that location. That is ridiculous. I specifically chose Dr. Gudi because his location is convenient and I stated that when making my appointment. They should have confirmed the location. Regardless, I took it in stride and rescheduled.Showed up for the subsequent appointment and said I was there to see Dr. Gudi. A woman, without barely saying anything waved me down a hallway. There was nobody to help me, no desk, no nothing. I stood there for a couple minutes trying to figure something out when I finally saw Dr. Gudi. I asked where the check in desk was. He pulled a paper chart off the wall and handed it to me. Never said anything. Seriously? How the hell am I supposed to figure that out?After 45 minutes of waiting in a room that must have been 80 degrees (on a 60 degree fall day), the medical assistant came out and got my documentation. I didn't see her again for another 10-15 minutes. I finally went back to the area with the chart and found her. There, she told me I hadn't changed my PCP (even though I tried multiple times on HIP and had no luck). She said I could still see him but he'd be treated as a specialist and I would need a referral. That was enough...I stormed out. Screw that place!
