I am soooooo happy and grateful to dr C!!! Ive tried everything and nothing helped my migranes for years. It was always a 9 or 10. But now, for the first time in ages, it's down to 2!! That's a huge difference. I seriously can't thank my doctor enough for his treatment and care!

Ive developed nerve dmg due to my diabetes and am so happy that I found Dr. Cohen! Im finally getting results after so many failed treatments. He definitely knows what he is doing. I strongly recommend seeing them.

Been suffering from terrible headaches for months! The moment I came in to see Dr. Cohen, I lost all hope because nothing that other doctors offered to me before worked. Dr. Cohen ensured that I received treatment with nerve block and fast forward to this day, my headache is completely gone! AMAZING RESULTS!!
