Very cordial, and helpful. Treat you with respect and listen to you. The Doctor K. Wolf was great and thorough. Front desk were cordial, and respectful. And place was very clean. This urgent care has always been my go to when not feeling well.Update since last review👆🏼 . Still the best urgent care I have been to. Everytime I go there, very professional, cordial, respectful attentive. And very qualified staff, can tell they know what they are doing. Have a great virtual wait list system. No waiting on line. You can keep track of your turn and get notified when you are close to your turn.Still my go to when not feeling well.

The first call they made to notify me of the cancellation of my second vaccination, with the person who speaks is not at all professional to have communication with the patient, it is necessary to explain how to do it and learn to listen to the patient.,The doctors and nurse very profesional .

Depending who’s on front desk, they can be miserable… but once in the back at the office rooms they are super nice when getting COVID tested

Incredibly efficient and clean. Not to hate on the other UC down the block (won’t name but u know) but the staff was INCREDIBLY efficient and the wait time is notably faster ! They process patients quickly and respectfully. They also had very clear guidelines to prevent spread of sicknesses that I could see them actively enforce. I would recommend playing the TV on a low volume as it is very quiet, and maybe asking your maintenance guy to tighten the door arm so it doesn’t shake the walls when it closes, but those are dumb little things. Great front staff, great healthcare workers, great cleanliness. As someone who worked in a similar clinic, highly recommend :)

Got a covid test not as bad as I thought the nurse was experienced and test went smooth.. I like that they have a virtual line so you can scan in and they text you when to go back...😷

Amazing service! I visited ModernMD for the first time today to get a PCR and rapid test. I was able to avoid lining up in the cold by joining their virtual line from the comfort of my house. All I had to do was text the number on their website at exactly 8:15 and register through the link they sent back (keep in mind some phones give you the option to schedule a text message at a specific time, which is what I did). I had something come up later in the day and realized I wouldn't be able to make it to my original appointment based on the predicted time provided to me through a phone call. When I called to explain my situation, the staff was very understanding and offered to bump me down to the bottom of the list to give me some extra time to deal with the issue and still make it in time to the appointment. Once I arrived, the check in process was very straightforward and I was seen soon after. The doctor was friendly and comforting. She gave me one of the most painless swabs I've had while still going deep into my nose. The process was very efficient and finished quickly. This will be the only site I get tested at from now on!

Waiting online at another spot for two hours when they announce they will be opening at 10am instead of 8am. Since it was cold I walked down to ModernMD walked in asked the receptionist one question got the answer I wanted to hear. So signed in and they put me in the room and I was out of there in 15 minutes top. The receptionist was very friendly and professional and so was the woman who saw me in the room. I was a happy camper with the whole experience.

The staff is always super nice, just follow the instructions with the virtual wait list it makes it easier on everyone.

I was able to get an appt through the virtual wait list and secured a spot To get tested. The best part is you can see your turn approaching and make your way to your selected location instead of waiting for hours in line when you’re not feeling well. The trick is to text “join” to your selected location as SOON as the list opens at 8am! Great staff - very cordial.

Went in for my booster today. Very seamless. I called yesterday to ask about appointments- they provided a number to text to join the waitlist to get my Covid booster shot. She kindly suggested I log in as soon as they open as it fills up fast. Sure enough, I submitted for my appointment at 8am this morning and got on the list! No need to wait in lines, they text you 10 minutes before your appointment when to come in. I was in and out quickly. Watched some jeopardy while I waited. Facility was organized and clean. Staff was friendly and professional.

There’s nothing like being helped by great people you can trust so thank God for another safe space for our people who live in this community. Due to Covid-19’s rapid test rates the wait time may be longer than usual. I recommend visiting there office at least 30 to an hour before they open if you want to get your Covid testing before 12pm. Thank you staff of ModernMD for always making sure visiting the doctor is truly an healing experience 🙏🏽✌🏽❤️‍

Their virtual waitlist is amazing - instead of waiting in a physical line to get covid tested, you join a waitlist via their website that shows you how many people are ahead of you and sends you a notification when it’s time to head over to the clinic. The website says there’s a 24 hour turnaround for PCR results and the clinic said they would be emailed to me, but I didn’t get an email the next day, nor did my results show up on my online patient profile- I called 48 hours later and they were able to tell me my results over the phone.

Staff were kind and helpful, made things easy. Clear communication and efficiency while remaining safe.
