Depending who’s on front desk, they can be miserable… but once in the back at the office rooms they are super nice when getting COVID tested

The first call they made to notify me of the cancellation of my second vaccination, with the person who speaks is not at all professional to have communication with the patient, it is necessary to explain how to do it and learn to listen to the patient.,The doctors and nurse very profesional .

Very cordial, and helpful. Treat you with respect and listen to you. The Doctor K. Wolf was great and thorough. Front desk were cordial, and respectful. And place was very clean. This urgent care has always been my go to when not feeling well.Update since last review👆🏼 . Still the best urgent care I have been to. Everytime I go there, very professional, cordial, respectful attentive. And very qualified staff, can tell they know what they are doing. Have a great virtual wait list system. No waiting on line. You can keep track of your turn and get notified when you are close to your turn.Still my go to when not feeling well.

Got a covid test not as bad as I thought the nurse was experienced and test went smooth.. I like that they have a virtual line so you can scan in and they text you when to go back...😷

Incredibly efficient and clean. Not to hate on the other UC down the block (won’t name but u know) but the staff was INCREDIBLY efficient and the wait time is notably faster ! They process patients quickly and respectfully. They also had very clear guidelines to prevent spread of sicknesses that I could see them actively enforce. I would recommend playing the TV on a low volume as it is very quiet, and maybe asking your maintenance guy to tighten the door arm so it doesn’t shake the walls when it closes, but those are dumb little things. Great front staff, great healthcare workers, great cleanliness. As someone who worked in a similar clinic, highly recommend :)

Waiting online at another spot for two hours when they announce they will be opening at 10am instead of 8am. Since it was cold I walked down to ModernMD walked in asked the receptionist one question got the answer I wanted to hear. So signed in and they put me in the room and I was out of there in 15 minutes top. The receptionist was very friendly and professional and so was the woman who saw me in the room. I was a happy camper with the whole experience.

Amazing service! I visited ModernMD for the first time today to get a PCR and rapid test. I was able to avoid lining up in the cold by joining their virtual line from the comfort of my house. All I had to do was text the number on their website at exactly 8:15 and register through the link they sent back (keep in mind some phones give you the option to schedule a text message at a specific time, which is what I did). I had something come up later in the day and realized I wouldn't be able to make it to my original appointment based on the predicted time provided to me through a phone call. When I called to explain my situation, the staff was very understanding and offered to bump me down to the bottom of the list to give me some extra time to deal with the issue and still make it in time to the appointment. Once I arrived, the check in process was very straightforward and I was seen soon after. The doctor was friendly and comforting. She gave me one of the most painless swabs I've had while still going deep into my nose. The process was very efficient and finished quickly. This will be the only site I get tested at from now on!
